Their tire insurance policy is a scam. Buyer beware. It covers only one tire, but you'll be asked to buy 3 tires out of pocket. It's common knowledge you'll need 2 tires at minimum.

Luis (sales manager) was able to help lockdown a car I’ve been looking for and Hisela (my sales rep - who was also amazing) was able to finalize getting me into my new car with the best possible rate. Today was my first time buying a car and the experience I had there’s just not enough words for it. I got the help from hisela Lopez and she was so helpful. She explained everything to detail by detail. She was super patient and kind ! She made sure I never felt lost and knew exactly what everything was. I had a great experience that’s to her help. I would 100% recommend to anyone who’s looking to buy a car. For buying my first car she made me experience memorable. You never forget people who make those small mile steps for you feel so big.
