Super sweet guy

I came here a few weeks ago to browse vehicles and Peirceon showed me around and was patient with me even though I told him it may be a while before I could buy one. We kept in contact and he was friendly even when I told him I decided not to buy a vehicle for a longer time than I first thought.

Preventive care goes a long ways....

I've routinely gone to Toyota of Beaverton for my service check ups and my car has run fine since I bought it. Each appointment has gone smoothly and all my questions are answered. I've never had a problem that they couldn't figure out, even if it seemed like a "weird" problem. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service team for others who want to sound solid service without having to worry about "do they know what they are doing?" Great job! Thanks

Great place for service problems to be solved.

Attention was immediate. Service people friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They let me know what was wrong, what it would take to fix it and the price. Kept in touch during day to let me know when completed.

Very good "no pressure" customer service.

Nice and friendly experience with a great selection of cars. The way of dealing with only one salesman in the process of buying was rewarding.

Great Service

Love coming here for my cars' needs. The lounge is comfy to wait in and the service center gets your car in and out without a bunch of nonsense in between. If problems arise with the car, they come and talk to you about it to decide what to do and don't try to sell you services/parts that are not needed at the time. Great place and wonderful employees.

Easy, straightforward, no pressure.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Tacoma from Beaverton Toyota. I worked with Wasif Syed, who was fantastic: prompt, attentive, and low-pressure. Wasif even came in on his day off to meet me after work. I'm really happy with the service I've received and would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota check out Beaverton Toyota/Scion.

Overall experience----3/5 Stars.

The salesman that we had was new, which we understood. But we felt he could have had more support during the sales procedure. We were told that your goal is '1 hour' from the start-finish sales procedure. That was not met. Other than that the experience was satisfactory.
