Friendly professional staff we stopped by after a trip from the beach just to look at a truck not with the intention to buy but the salesman was very nice polite and professional didn’t tried to push us into buying instead let us decide weather we wanted to take the truck home or not he answered all our questions and was super honest after a test drive and one hour of paperwork and waiting for our truck to get detail we went home with a new truck!! Our whole car buying experience was very pleasant. We worked with David Stephens through the whole process. We were car shopping during the winter storms when the roads were icy and we had to reschedule our appointment several times. He kept in contact with us and let us know when the ice started to melt around the dealership. The 4Runner we were looking at online was ready for us to test drive when we got there. After the test drive we went into the office area and David walked us through all the available options. He was very transparent about everything - what the Certified Pre-Owned warranty did and didn't cover, the extra add-ons that were available. Because every line item was on the computer monitor in front of us, it was easy to see where additional costs were being introduced, and allowed us to opt out without hassle. David himself was great to work with. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and up-front about how they do business. Again, he was very transparent and answered every question we had about the costs, add-ons, and financing (and we had a lot). At the end, he had us pose with our new vehicle for a photo which is his tradition. Since it was stormy, he offered to have the car washed once it got nicer out. All around it was a great experience.

I was pre-approved through capital one but Zack was able to get me Toyota in house financing along with recommending several options that I ended up going with. I’ve always bought used and worked on my own cars but I do have to say, the entire experience from walking in to the showroom to being shown the technology in my 2021 Corolla hybrid was the best I’ve ever had. I own several Toyota’s and they have a good enough reputation on their own but the entire team and Especially Zack were nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend this dealer!!!
