Second car I've purchased from Herzog Meier and the...

Second car I've purchased from Herzog Meier and the experience was just as good as the last time I was in. Jeff answered all our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure from any member of the Herzog Meier team and even a trade was handled far better than anyone I've ever dealt with. Great experience and I've sent two other people to Herzog Meier who had fun purchasing a car, something I thought I'd never say. Highly recommended and we love our new CX-5.

When we bought our GTI, a friend recommended Nic Perez. I have not taken my car to anyone else. I have always received great service, discounts and honesty. From oil change to a quick drive by to have a bulb replaced, I have always received immediate attention. Thanks, Nic, see you soon!

My Girlfriend and I Went To Herzog Meier to do some...

My Girlfriend and I Went To Herzog Meier to do some research on Newer Mazdas. We were not in the market to buy, just looking to get some information and some hands-on experience, rather than All the information provided on the internet (some times dimensions don't give you a good sense of Room). The Salesman who started to talk to us did not seem to understand, although I repeated it more than once, that we were not in the market to buy today. After a Test Drive filled with ridiculous sales-pitches and pathetic attempts to tell us how "Cool" we were and how the sales-mman just wants to drive these cars all day, we were able to drive the mazda3, The car was a lot of fun to drive, however the salesman we dealt with ruined our ideas about the entire Herzog Meier Brand. Worst Dealer Experience I have ever Had, if I were to purchase a Mazda, I would drive Further out of town to get a different Dealer.

Our salesman , Neil Ritcey was very helpfull and knowledgable. Transaction went very smoothly when we bought our new Jetta sport wagon. I would recommend him.

I have given the rating 5 because I have always had outstanding service at Herzog-Meier from the time I purchased my Volvo in 2005 until now. I didn't rate "price" because I didn't think it was relevant to service--besides I know nothing about what the service is worth. Doug Smith was outstanding also and always is. He provided a loaner car for me, picking out the one he thought would be best (I am 81 years old), and when I left my garage door opener in the loaner car, he sent it to me because I live about 40 miles from the shop. The waiting room is pleasant. Cookies, fruit, coffee, tea are provided for the customers. Ever since my purchase eight years ago, I have been satisfied with Herzog-Meier in general, and the service department in particular. Lavilla Spooner, lavillaspooner@gmail.com

So Great & Easy

This was my first experience of acquiring a new car, and it was so easy. I found my car on their website and inquired online. Price was great and the purchase process was straightforward. If you want easy? go to this dealership.

Highly Recommended

I have never had a more enjoyable experience while dealing with purchasing a vehicle. From the friendly phone staff, to the hilarious sales staff, I couldn't have been more impressed. Huge shout out to my salesman, Boris, for not being a cookie cutter "car salesman" type, cracking jokes left and right, while also answering promptly, any questions/concerns that I had. I was thoroughly happy with my visit to this dealership and would recommend it to all!

I recently tangled with a garbage can and needed my...

I recently tangled with a garbage can and needed my passenger side mirror put back together. Doug Smith took a look at it and with a good deal of effort managed to get it back together. Since this wasn't the first time I'd managed to bump it, the plastic casing was missing some clips. Doug came up with a good work around to keep it together and saved me a costly replacement. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would highly recommend Herzog-Meier! Thanks again, Doug!
