Really wish I did not have to write this review. Traded my vehicle in and purchased a used vehicle on 2/5/26. Pleased with my purchase until a week later 2/12, when I took this vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection and found out that a major maintenance item had not been corrected, or disclosed during negotiations. This Honda vehicle, a 2017 model had timed out on its timing belt replacement. Honda recommends replacement at 105,00 miles or 7years, and my vehicle is 9 years old with 72,000 miles on it After initial text to sales associate about the problem on 2/12/26 where they said it would be looked into, I never heard from them the next day. I traveled to the dealership for a discussion about the situation and was brusquely told that they would not be able to help me, by Sales and Sales manager. I am having the belt replaced tomorrow as this is an interference engine, which means that major engine damage occurs when the belt breaks while engine is running. I can't afford to risk it. It should have been disclosed at time of sale.

Thank you to Lukas as the entire team. They were all so nice and easy to work with. They got us the car we wanted and made the process easy and hassle free. I am sure they wanted to go home to their families but stayed after hours to make sure the deal got done. It didn’t go unnoticed and was so appreciated. Gresham Ron Tonkin Honda overcharge my friend, didn't listen to him re.repairs. they replaced a new battery, didn't fix the alternator or check the starter. The car is not running .they gave an estimate on repairs of unauthorized stuff. This dealership is horrible.
