Great service and great value. Bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Suburban and purchased from out of state. Salesman Charlie Peralta handled the sale with professionalism and integrity. This was a brand new trade in and there was not pictures on their website yet, and he sent me pictures for all the parts of the car I needed to see. He told me the exactly the good and the bad about the car. It was just getting done in the shop for sale. They inspected per Maryland law and made sure other items of the car were taken care of. No pressure but straight talking. Bought it on a Saturday and flew in on Tuesday to pick car up. They even picked me up to take me to the dealership. The car exceeded all my expectation. It was in excellent shape. They did many extra small things before I left. The sale went very smoothly. Out of the dealership in about 1 1/2 hours and I was on my way driving home. 5 stars to Charlie and Sport Chevrolet. I would recommend this dealership and Charlie Peralta as the salesperson. Honesty, integrity, and value. Great combination in a car buying experience.

Great Experience. Salesman Charlie Peralta was excellent and did exactly as he said and exceeded expectation. I purchased this from out of state and relied on Sports Chevrolet reputation.....honesty and integrity. When I called an interest in purchasing.....Charlie went out and got me some great pictures and gave me the honest run down on the car. After some discussion with Charlie and his manager. I decided to purchase car sight unseen. I flew in and Charlie set up so I was picked up. I arrived and the car was in great shape and excellent value for asking price. It was a pleasure from original phone call to driving off the lot with my new purchase. 5 stars to Sport Chevrolet and Salesman Charlie Peralta. I would recommend them to everybody.

I?ll be looking elsewhere
I bought my car through this dealership in 2013. I have never once had a good experience with their service center. Maybe they don?t like women. They never pick up the phone. Calls go to voicemail and they have never called me back. I usually can only get through by calling the sales office and being transferred. When I arrive for my appointment I can stand for several minutes with no other customer there and not one representative looks up to say ?Can I help you?. I have to speak out. Then, in spite of having purchased there and having all my servicing there, after I say that I have an appointment and give them my name and car model, they ask if I have been there before. This time, I was told that they could not find my appointment, in spite of my saying that I had received email and text confirmation. It?s kind of funny, because the last time I went there a gentleman and I walked in the door at the same time. The gentleman said he didn?t know who was first and he was told that he was. So I waited 15 minutes to find out that out that he actually did not have an appointment there, he wanted an emissions test(which they don?t do) but they did call across the street for him to see if he had an appointment elsewhere, while I waited.. This is the customer who was told his appointment was ahead of me. What was the the point of my making an appointment? So, this time, I left my car for an 8:00 am appointment for routine maintenance and had to call when I hadn?t heard anything by 4:30 pm. They had not gotten to my car yet and I had to leave it overnight so they could do routine maintenance and check out a rattle I had heard. The rattle disappeared as soon as they did the oil change. The upside is that the agent I talked to who was abrupt when I dropped off my car was smiling and friendly when I picked it up. Maybe he had just been having a bad day, or maybe I was just happy at the end that my car was fine; but when Once again I , complained to my husband about how rude they are he replied that we will find somewhere else to take my car for servicing and not buy there again.

Sport is like Rock & Roll, I like it, I like it!!!! My last three auto purchases have been at Sport and I'm always impressed with Scott Egloff's knowledge of Corvettes and Corvette people. Scott helped me with my 2015 C7 Corvette purchase and he found a 2021 C8 Corvette that was the exact car I was looking for. Please let Gibbs Forgarty know that Scott Egloff, Robert Kramer and Ramone handled my purchase on Saturday like I was family! Sport Chevrolet may be only a car dealership but I like it, like it! You will, too!
