Easy and friendly

Great Service!

Answered all of my questions very well, Kevin explained everything clearly and really seemed like he was looking out for my best interest in my purchase of the car. Had nothing but an uplifting postitive attitude and all smiles! Very happy with my purchase!

Best experience

You know how it goes, just stopped in to look at the new Honda's, no intention of buying. We dealt with Brandon Perez, great easy going salesman, who knew his cars. The whole experience was easy and somewhat painless! 😉😉 We would recommend Lithia Honda to anyone looking for a car. Nice folks.

Great experience!

Lithia Honda is the best dealership in town! Being young and female, typically salesmen seem to think I'm an idiot and the way I am usually treated makes me dread stepping foot into a dealership, but not Lithia Honda. Every time I have been there, I have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. No pressure and no scummy sales tactics. I will definitely go back for all of my car-buying needs. Huge points to Honda as well for not calling their potential customers after simply viewing a car. I cannot stand being called day after day by salesmen to ask why I haven't bought yet. A special thanks to Tony as well, he did his best to get me the deal I wanted on the car I wanted and made sure I was happy. I'm in love with my new car and would absolutely go back to buy a car from Tony!

Another great experience

Stopped in for an air filter and left with a new car. Tony is a great salesman and friend. The whole staff makes stopping by an enjoyable experience. This is the 4th Honda we've bought in 4 years. Never any pressure and they listen to our wants and needs. Recommend to anyone looking for a new Honda.

Eventful

Negotiated a new car purchase on a Friday expecting to accept delivery on Sunday/Monday. Was informed on Saturday that the new vehicle was sold by another agency and was no longer available. Very seldom happens I was told, and I believe that. Negotiated a new contract for another new vehicle and was OK with the new contract (original sale was in '17 and new sale was in '18, had to deal with OR new car sales tax issue). Lithia was quite accommodating in my selection of a new vehicle meeting my specifications. My original contact, JT, was on leave and Christian also worked with me. Reason for rating JT higher than Christian was his experience/knowledge. In my opinion Christian will get there eventually.

Kevin is great to work with! Highly recommended. I purchased my Honda Pilot from him 2 years ago, and requested to work with him again on our new purchase this year. Great experience buying a car from start to finish.
