Avoid this dealership. I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience trying to buy a used truck. I was in negotiations for days and was told the truck was being held for an out-of-state buyer. When that buyer failed to show up, the sales team explicitly invited me to the dealership to finalize the deal. I rearranged my entire work schedule and used my lunch hour to get there. When I arrived, the salesperson was "unavailable" and management informed me they were holding the truck again for the exact same person who already no-showed earlier in the week. It’s mind-blowing that they would prioritize an out-of-state no show lead over a local customer standing in their showroom ready to sign. They showed zero respect for my time and zero interest in closing a guaranteed sale. If you value transparency and reliability, take your business elsewhere.

When I asked for a replacement, they offered another broken one without any power cords and refused to do anything further. Go elsewhere to buy your vehicle if you want to be able to charge your EV at home at anything faster than a level 1 rate.

Second time working with this dealership and once again they were absolutely incredible. I’m in Texas and they’re in Virginia, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Super professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

This morning, 11/22/25, I was at this dealer trying to buy a cargo van. At first, everything was fine, but unfortunately, we couldn't complete the deal due to the low valuation of my trade-in. I was already in the parking lot about to leave when the salesperson Eddie Velasquez and the sales manager Tarik Sekander came out. I was looking for my direction when I noticed they were there. Without a word, Mr. Tarik made an absurd hand gesture, which I found disrespectful. It seemed like a real lack of respect and professionalism on Mr. Tarik part. I believe we all have the freedom to decide if a deal doesn't seem good to us.

Richard of the service department saved my long distance road trip by cheerfully helping me get the CD out of my CD player. Thanks to his experience with unsticking his kids' video games and some packaging tape, he got it out of the CD player! Then he joyfully paired my phone with an older version of the sync system that I couldn't figure out to save my life! What a great wonderful guy! Now I love my Transit Connect even more!!

0 stars. Truck has been there 3 times, 3rd time was over a month, still have the same problem. It’s under warranty and they still charge a deductible every time i go even though it’s the same problem that they can’t figure out. Their communication with the customer is zero. Zero Updates along the way unless you ask for them and even then it’s minimal. They wouldn’t send me pictures of the original failure. They didn’t even look into the codes at the first visit, and guess what they came right back. I have called and called and called, voicemails, emails, and ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER, ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE GM. Horrible business. Look at the BBB D- rating… Look at all the terrible reviews on various review sites. Go somewhere else and hope for better. ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased a vehicle from Ted Britt Ford several months ago and purchased the tire and wheel warranty as extra from the dealer. I then sold the car to Carmax and emailed Peter Velasquez, Natasha Kapoor, and Saman Usodan multiple times. I filled out the proper paperwork to request my refund and have not heard back from them. This is extremely unfortunate, as this is a simple process; however they refuse to email me back or refund my money that I paid. I highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle here or dealing with this dealership, as once the vehicle is purchased - there will be no replies or customer service or help.
