I had a strong sales experience when purchasing my

I had a strong sales experience when purchasing my Bronco, but the post-sale experience significantly deteriorated and ultimately overshadowed what started as a positive transaction. At the time of purchase, I paid an additional $5k upfront for a hard top to be added to a Bronco that originally came with a soft top. I was initially told the hard top would take a few days to come in (no more than 3 days). The day after the sale, I was informed there were issues placing the order with Ford, but that I would be kept updated. Over the next two weeks, communication became the main problem. I repeatedly had to follow up for status updates, was given commitments on when I would hear back that were not met, and never received clear confirmation that the hard top had even been successfully ordered. No order number or ETA was provided despite multiple follow-ups. I escalated the issue to dealership management and asked for a reasonable goodwill adjustment, such as free installation or a service/accessory credit, to acknowledge the poor communication and lack of ownership. I was told there was “nothing they could do,” which was disappointing given the circumstances and the amount of money involved. Ultimately, I contacted Ford customer service directly, and Ford opened a ticket to track down information that the dealership itself was unable to provide. That step should not have been necessary. Delays can happen, and I understand that some things are outside a dealership’s control. What is within their control is communication, follow-through, and taking ownership after the sale. Unfortunately, that is where this experience fell short. I wanted to give this dealership a five-star review based on the initial purchase, but the post-sale handling and lack of accountability significantly impacted my overall experience.

This morning, 11/22/25, I was at this dealer trying to

This morning, 11/22/25, I was at this dealer trying to buy a cargo van. At first, everything was fine, but unfortunately, we couldn't complete the deal due to the low valuation of my trade-in. I was already in the parking lot about to leave when the salesperson Eddie Velasquez and the sales manager Tarik Sekander came out. I was looking for my direction when I noticed they were there. Without a word, Mr. Tarik made an absurd hand gesture, which I found disrespectful. It seemed like a real lack of respect and professionalism on Mr. Tarik part. I believe we all have the freedom to decide if a deal doesn't seem good to us.

Richard of the service department saved my long distance

Richard of the service department saved my long distance road trip by cheerfully helping me get the CD out of my CD player. Thanks to his experience with unsticking his kids' video games and some packaging tape, he got it out of the CD player! Then he joyfully paired my phone with an older version of the sync system that I couldn't figure out to save my life! What a great wonderful guy! Now I love my Transit Connect even more!!

0 stars. Truck has been there 3 times, 3rd time was over a month, still have the same problem. It’s under warranty and they still charge a deductible every time i go even though it’s the same problem that they can’t figure out. Their communication with the customer is zero. Zero Updates along the way unless you ask for them and even then it’s minimal. They wouldn’t send me pictures of the original failure. They didn’t even look into the codes at the first visit, and guess what they came right back. I have called and called and called, voicemails, emails, and ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER, ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE GM. Horrible business. Look at the BBB D- rating… Look at all the terrible reviews on various review sites. Go somewhere else and hope for better. ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased a vehicle from Ted Britt Ford several months ago and purchased the tire and wheel warranty as extra from the dealer. I then sold the car to Carmax and emailed Peter Velasquez, Natasha Kapoor, and Saman Usodan multiple times. I filled out the proper paperwork to request my refund and have not heard back from them. This is extremely unfortunate, as this is a simple process; however they refuse to email me back or refund my money that I paid. I highly reccomend not purchasing a vehicle here or dealing with this dealership, as once the vehicle is purchased - there will be no replies or customer service or help.
