We worked with Brian Aragon Minero on the purchase of our Q7. Brian was truly great to work with. We started over the phone to ensure the vehicle was still available. Brian sent us some pics with his phone and started work on our own trade in. He emailed over the carfax and was very attentive all throughout the day with emails and texts. When we arrived at the dealership he had the car detailed and parked right in front of the dealership. The Q7 was perfect and the people were pleasant to work with. We came with a check from our credit union so the only exposure we had with the finance lady was the warranty and general paperwork processing. She in fact did get a little salty when we did not proceed with the $5,200.00 warranty. None the less, she could not taint the entire experience so we still will report that we loved working with Audi of Tysons corner. We noted a small scratch on the rear bumper as we were about to leave the dealership. Brian scheduled for us to return the following weekend and Audi’s scratch doctor took care of it on top of another car wash! Brian was great, and we plan to buy our next vehicle from Audi of Tysons Corner... so long as we get to work with Brian again!

After buying an Audi from the dealership, I returned to purchase a new Audi from the same sales rep. Easy to work with, helpful and informative the buying experience was easy and professional. The staff went out of their way to make the overall experience pleasurable and informative. Excellent customer service. Outstanding staff.

Daniel Chun and Bernadette made the experience a pleasant one. They were responsive and accommodating to what I wanted to accomplish, especially in terms of accommodating COVID protocols. The experience with Mei in finance was streamlined as well too.

Dimitri is what you call a superb professional sales man. Very honest, no gimmicks or any yap yap yap kind of a person that gives you a headache 🙄. Straight to the point , got me an absolutely awesome price . I was out for a BMW & ended up with an Audi after speaking with Dimitri , very courteous , very honest , very professional , very helpful & extremely friendly & cheerful . If it wasn’t for him I would’ve never bought an Audi , after a not so nice experience in the summer . Dimitri got me the car & finished everything in almost 45 min incl test drive paper signing everything . He did exactly what I asked for regarding not wanting finance manager upwelling me on anything . I can’t be indoors for long for health reasons . He just followed thru . Finance manager was extremely courteous . He said quote “ can’t upset you, Dimitri told me exactly what you’d like & I respect it . What a guy ! If you’re out for an Audi . then Dimitri is your go to guy. Don’t mess around with anyone else . He’s truly YOUR GUY. He even still answers all kinds of questions via text messages 3 months into the sale lol . It’s been my utmost pleasure dealing with him.

Arthur was extremely helpful in meeting my needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He made buying a car simple and easy! I will definitely consider this dealership for future purchases! If anyone is visiting in the future, I would highly recommend Arthur as he shows a passion for his customers.
