Bought a used 2017 nissan pathfinder.
Bought a used 2017 nissan pathfinder. They said it is in excellent conditions, and will require very low maintenance. I actually had to change the transmission after less than a month, for few thousands dollars. Not pleasant experience.

Essentially, there are more than 10000$ of repairs as estimated by a Nissan dealer, as the internal solenoid and CVT need to be replaced. I called the number was given in the response above. There seems to be no one called Jared. I would never ever suggest anyone dealing with Honda Bellevue.

They are not truthful and operate shoddily.
They are not truthful and operate shoddily. They markup the cars and try to upsell constantly. Not a pleasant buying experience for new Honda cars.

I just bought Honda Pilot today from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Had a great experience. I did my research for the 8 passenger SUV options and narrowed my decision to Honda Pilot. I found the car on-line with a great price. I called and spoke with Salesman Zack El Msaih, and then set up a test drive. It was a great experience he explained the vehicle to me, all the features. He took time to make sure I understood my car after the papers were signed. Really a great guy. We also really enjoyed the closing process with finance manager Robert Dickey. A real class act! Thanks for making the sales experience great! You two just earned a loyal client! thank you.

Never drive your car away if it needs to be fixed. I got used 2014 Hyundai sonata hybrid limited from that dealership AS A RETURN CUSTOMER and read below to see how they treat for LOYALTY their customers. On June 20th 2023, I got above mentioned car. Car had broken front bumper, they initially offered me $200 off of the car, to keep the car until it fixed and pick it up later or to drive away with this condition and WAIT FOR THE CALL to bring it back and fix it. I needed a car on that day and had to drive it away, as I trusted them. Because I thought I am a return customer and they would treat me good for loyalty. Of course 8 days passed and I emailed Michael Brar (sales guy), to follow up on June 28th to see if there is any update on fixing my bumper and no reply back. I waited until July 2nd and emailed Business Manager Paul Jones who shared with me his business card to contact him if there is any issue or questions, of course I got ignored by him as well. I emailed their General Manager - Jason Courter to see if he can handle this issue, since other employees keeping ignoring me, got ignored as well. I don’t know why they even have that feature on their website to report bad reviews to General Manager. I tried to fix this issue internally and got ignored many times before writing this review. I got new car and don’t enjoy it to see with broken bumper. What else I had to do to make it up for you guys ? I would never ever come back to buy car from you, never ever would recommend you to friends and family. I trusted you with my purchase and you betrayed my trust. That’s what it is. Thank you ! 👎

My salesman, John Crandall, was the best. He was a good listener, stayed within my bottom line, went above and beyond to find me the right car at the right price. He answered any and all questions I had, never rushed me in my decision. I will be spreading John's name to family and friends as the guy to go to. Honda of Bellevue is lucky to have such a great employee. I rate John a 10/10.
