Awesome complete experience!

Jose was responsive via email, even on days off and was very willing to answer our questions. At the same time there was no pressure to buy. It felt like Jose was willing to inform us of the product and didn't really worry about the sale. This kind of sales experience is what attracts me as a buyer.

Transmission failure.

Had car problems while visiting over Thanksgiving. Evergreen Ford spent countless hours tracing/dicussing with Ford Engineers the problem, recommending a solution, and doing the repairs timely. "Thanks Evergreen Ford and Carl for going the extra mile." Our local Ford dealership spent the better part of a year telling us we did not have a problem!

Great people, great service

I was kept informed as to progress, and any additional areas of concern, I appreciate the friendly shuttle ride back to my workplace. I appreciate the fact that the interior of my rig was vacuumed out at no charge. Overall, great service, nice friendly, knowledgeable folks, who did not pressure me in any way, but helped me to make informed decisions about how to prioritize the repairs as to cost, and urgency of completion.
