My interaction with Chris Kelly was top tier in what I expected and hoped from a car salesman. His transparency from negotiating to signing the deal was a smooth process. No hassles, wasn’t pushy, and very welcoming. Even the finance manager Chris Wright made the process go accordingly and quickly. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and get my maintenance done with this dealership because of their service.

I brought my Bronco here back in August as a first-time

I brought my Bronco here back in August as a first-time car buyer, and the experience was excellent. Randy Good made the process simple and straightforward. He was honest, transparent, and never tried to push any hidden fees or unnecessary add-ons. Going in, I had heard plenty of horror stories about dealerships going above sticker price or trying to trick buyers into paying more, so I was prepared to be on guard. To my surprise, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Randy treated me with respect, kept the process stress-free, and made sure I understood every step along the way. I also met with the finance manager, Chris Wright, at the final stage of the purchase. He made what is usually the most tedious part of the process the paperwork and final transition, not nearly as painful as I expected. His professionalism really helped wrap up the experience on a positive note. As a first-time buyer, that kind of integrity and support meant a lot. I left with not only a new Bronco but also confidence that I had been treated fairly. I highly recommend Randy, Chris, and the entire team to anyone looking for a hassle-free and honest car buying experience.

Just bought a brand new Ford Maverick from Bowen Scarff

Just bought a brand new Ford Maverick from Bowen Scarff this past weekend. Blown away by my experience. This is NOT your typical dealership experience. I went in with my guard up ready to deal with pushy sales people and gimmicky tactics. To my surprise, I did not deal with any of that. I worked with Chris Kelly who went above and beyond to get me trade in value, final price, and everything squared away before I even walked into the dealership. I really appreciated being able to coordinate all the details over the phone so I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. I let him know I had two young kids at home and didn’t pressure me at all. He treated me with respect and kindness and didn’t try to push anything on me or create any false sense of urgency. Never felt like I was being “sold” on anything, he seemed to just want to help me find the right vehicle for the right price. I actually really enjoyed talking with him at the dealership, cool guy! From the time I actually went in to when I left it couldn’t have been more than 2 hours. This is how buying a car should be! You’ve got a customer for life Bowen Scarff!
