Just bought a brand new Ford Maverick from Bowen Scarff this past weekend. Blown away by my experience. This is NOT your typical dealership experience. I went in with my guard up ready to deal with pushy sales people and gimmicky tactics. To my surprise, I did not deal with any of that. I worked with Chris Kelly who went above and beyond to get me trade in value, final price, and everything squared away before I even walked into the dealership. I really appreciated being able to coordinate all the details over the phone so I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. I let him know I had two young kids at home and didn’t pressure me at all. He treated me with respect and kindness and didn’t try to push anything on me or create any false sense of urgency. Never felt like I was being “sold” on anything, he seemed to just want to help me find the right vehicle for the right price. I actually really enjoyed talking with him at the dealership, cool guy!
