The salesmen exuded an air of rudeness, displaying a disheartening lack of professionalism. Their demeanor made them seem unapproachable, creating a barrier between themselves and customers like me. I found myself waiting in the lobby for what felt like an eternity, glancing at the clock as the minutes dragged on. After what seemed like countless moments of silence and indifference, I finally mustered the courage to approach one of the staff members, practically having to flag them down just to get the assistance I desperately needed. The entire experience left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. Palpable barrier between themselves and customers like me. I found myself waiting in the lobby for what felt like an eternity, glancing at the clock as the minutes dragged on. It was frustrating after the fact I signed the deal.

It was frustrating after the fact I signed the deal. They told us our charger will be shipped by next week since purchase was done. What then they said process is changed. I did what was asked and then they told me I have to place my order myself but I am getting no help. Everything they said before signing deal is changing in a way.

Amazing service.

Amazing service. Truly professional and knowledgeable sales team that are willing to work with you any way they can to help work through the buying process. They listen and made recommendation on various options to reach the end goal. I would buy another vehicle here!

Pablo was very communicative, kind and friendly towards my family and I. He was personable and made sure he understood our needs. The process did not feel forced but was just right. He went out of his way to walk the lot to try to find something that would work for us which we are very appreciative of.
