Toyota of Seattle ROCKS!!!

My man, Patrick Kinney, was AWESOME!!! Very friendly, and quite knowledgable of the products. Explained everything very simple to me. No problems or issues at all. Very smooth process. I had started the buying process the evening before, so it ended up being not that long at the dealership. One of the sales mgrs came over and introduced himself to me, thought that was nice. AND on top of that, the price that they had on the 2015 Sienna LE with VERY low miles, you couldn't beat the price. I've been shopping for over 1 month, so I know what's on the market. We're a Toyota family, so this makes us a 3 car Toyota family now. Thank you Patrick!!

No Bull. A pleasant surprise.

Exceptional experience. Transparent negotiations. Zach Sannes went out of his way to answer all questions and was a strong advocate to get me the deal that I needed to drive away in a new Toyota Tacoma..

Used to be trustworthy

I've left 2 reviews in Yelp and they were removed with no explanation even though I was within their review guidelines. I've brought my cars to them for probably 10 years and always felt I got good service. After looking at my vehicles, they would often say something like "Well, we found A, B, and C. You really need to do A now, but B and C can wait" A couple of weeks ago I brought my car in thinking it probably need a few things done - the warning lights had been on since I had to jump it recently because the battery went dead. This is ultimately my fault since I okayed it; I was busy at work and I guess that based on my previous experience I believed that the work must have been necessary. It wasn't until I picked it up that I realized I had spent $3000 on a 10 year old Rav4 that has a trade in value of $6000 at most. There were things on the invoice -cleaning the throttle plate, adjusting the parking brake- that made me think since they quoted $3000 they performed services they hadn't mentioned. I felt like the old cliche of a woman bringing in a car and getting taken advantage of. Never again.

Quick and easy

Tony Nguyen made the process easy. Along with the rest of the staff. Was able to get the car I was looking at before it went to auction.

Condescending, pushy salesfolk

I strongly recommend folks not shop here for their cars. The salespeople are condescending, pushy, and rude. Perhaps that works for their new car sales, but I came in looking at used cars and found Carlos to be an overbearing xxxxxxx who kept trying to holler at me after I left badgering me with other cars and offers. No, dude, I don't want to buy from you, and I don't want anyone else to buy from you either.

Seattle dealership dishonorable

Jan 19 2019 Representatives from Toyota of Seattle called to tell me they were not honoring my sales agreement and subsequently sold the Prius Prime I agreed to buy. This transpired over two phone calls, 4 emails and test drive. I went to bank Thursday and Friday to secure funding, and stopped by Saturday to inform salesman Ben. He was satisfied that we would be in Sunday before noon to pay for car and shook hands. He told me that he had mechanic review my concern and placed a SOLD Sign on the car. He brought up no indication that our sale was void. However, at 6 PM they reneged on our agreement selling this car to another buyer. I wish to inform other buyers that this firm has little to no honor with their customers and has a low opinion at to what a handshake agreement is. Upon finding out my wife broke down crying because it was to be presented on 73rd birthday. I will never shop at this firm ever and recommend other buyer to be suspect of Representative claims. Furthermore their coffee sucks.

Todd, I know you are frustrated with all that transpired. Unfortunately we can not hold vehicles, especially used vehicles. This should have been explained to you properly when you left. I hope we were able to help you find another vehicle that fit your criteria.

Great buying experience

We knew what we wanted, so called ahead. Kel had the car ready at the time of our appointment. He answered all our questions or found the answers when he didn't know. He was nice, helpful, and respectful of our time. The purchasing experience was very pleasant and confidence inspiring. This is the second car we have purchased from this group, it will not be the last.

Mirek and Toyota of Seattle

My wife and I had been shopping around at various Toyota dealers and decided to check out Toyota of Seattle. We were quickly introduced to Mirek who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of Toyota in general as well as the Toyota 4Runner which is the vehicle we were looking at. Mirek was more interested in finding the vehicle that was right for us instead of just making a sale. He took the time to find out a little about us. Between Mirek's knowledge and genuine care our overall experience with Toyota of Seattle was truly a great one.

Two motors

We had been looking for a car with excellent mileage. Rose M at Toyota of Seattle helped us find it. We are super happy with our Prius Premium, Thanks to her knowledge about the car. The entire experience was Great due to her ability to present the car, take care of all the paperwork, and get us out the door. Many thanks.
