Amazing experience!

Amazing experience!! My car was totaled so it was not ideal or expected to be car shopping, but Jacob and the team were so awesome, so helpful, so quick!! Fastest car buy experience ever!! As I drove off the lot I told my partner, I hope to not have to buy a new car for 15-20 years but when I do, I hope these guys are still around!

I’ve been going to Carter for 40 years.

I’ve been going to Carter for 40 years. I just bought my 9th car from them. The sales people are knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Their service department is outstanding. It’s always a pleasant experience doing business with them.

Jacob, understanding my needs and desires during the leasing process, was caring, knowledgeable and patient throughout. I felt heard and understood and was under no stress at all. A fair and enjoyable experience ended in a joyful drive in my new Forester from the Carter Subaru lot toward new adventures.
