Got a car , didn’t have an issue with purchasing the car
Got a car , didn’t have an issue with purchasing the car but the issue was after purchasing the vehicle. The day we bought the car we told Josue that the car was missing a plastic cover he then mentioned he was going to talk to the service department to order the part it’s been a week and still no communication, I reached out two days after to see if he ordered the part like he said all he said was he will talk to service a week later no phone call nothing. Second issue….. two days after purchasing the vehicle I took a look underneath the car in my garage and noticed one of the control arms was bent I then call josue again I sent him a picture then he transferred me over to his manager who said all the cars they sell go through an inspection etc that they weren’t sure they could fix it. I’m sorry would you have your family driving around in a vehicle with a bent control arm. He then also said he was going to speak to the service department and he was going to get right back to me. It’s been a week and nothing. I tried calling it goes to voicemail. Moral of the story CHECK THE CAR BEFORE BUYING!!!! If you don’t know. Cars bring someone who does these people could care less about the safety of the people they just want your money.

We drove a long way to get there and the car needed a detail and alignment. It was Sunday so I said I would pick it up Thursday. I forgot that I had an appointment Thursday so I called Wednesday and asked if the car could be picked up that day and was told yes it would be ready. I took the light rail ( over an hour) then a taxi from the airport to get to the. Dealership to find out the car was not ready. I waited over an hour for them to “clean” the car. It looked ok but definitely didn’t look like I just bought a 2024 used car from a dealership. They lost my down payment check do I had to stop payment on it ($25 that I did not get reimbursed for) and sent them a new check. It got returned because they don’t have a Dropbox for mail so I had to give my debit card information over the phone. Then my license plate came in so they called and I asked if they could mail them to me and they confirmed my address. Waited 2 weeks no plates so we decided to make the hour drive a pick them up. In summary, it seemed that once I signed the paperwork, they were done with me and on to the next.

purchased a 2024 BMW X3.
purchased a 2024 BMW X3. Once I purchase purchase, it left a lot. I noticed the tires were mismatched Baldwin in the front new ones in the back. The new ones in the back were not run flats so the car was sold without a jack and without run flat tires and they were mismatched tires. I guess I didn’t think I had to look at the tires when I purchased a car that new That new from a dealership I will not recommend them.
