Juan was excellent at answering all of my questions.
Juan was excellent at answering all of my questions. He performed an inspection of the underside of my Accord with photos since I ran over a large curb and was wondering if my accident left any damage. He gave me the option to replace the loosened plate there and replaced the plug screws that were missing at no extra charge. Very nice! Thank you Juan. I came in for an oil change and was very pleased by the service!
