I went there knowing what vehicle I wanted. The only questions I had were could I get my price and could I get enough from my trade-in. I feel they respected my time by quickly coming to an agreeable value. The experience was very smooth and enjoyable. We travelled there from Puyallup, and when we are in the market for another vehicle we will, with out a doubt, shop their inventory first.

Every staff member I've encountered has been friendly and thorough, and the mechanical suggestions and services have been affordable and have prolonged the life of my Camry. When I need a new car, I won't go anywhere else.

I went in for service on my 2005 Prius and left with a new 2001 Prius. The salesperson understood what I wanted and brought the perfect match in the car. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Roland Toyota. The whole Roland team was awesome.

I visited and researched several Toyota dealerships and other manufacturers before making my decision. My decision took several months and I never got any pressure to make a decision. I was also weighed my options on several models, colors and level of options. Colin never gave any impression that his help was in any way conditional on my purchasing a vehicle.

Great experience at Rodland Toyota. No pressure sales, and a very patient and customer oriented sales staff. Very customer satisfaction oriented. Colin was very accommodating with our time. He even came in on his day off. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. After sales ad ons were presented very matter of factly with no pressure and fixed pricing. Will buy from them again when the need arises.

I went to the parts department at Rodland Toyota on a Saturday afternoon on April 2, 2011 to purchase new High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps for my 2007 Toyota Prius. The headlamps were in the process of dying (intermittently not working). I then proceeded to the service department to ask about what I would need to do to replace them. Both Steve Hendrickson and Zach Convey let me know that Toyota had extended the warranty on Prius Headlamps out to five years and 50,000 miles. I met those conditions, and they got me in almost immediately. They saved me $400 ($300 on the bulbs and $100 on service). I found out that changing out the bulbs would have been no easy task. And that people that tried, tended to come in afterwards and pay to have it done. Having experienced the friendliness and the obvious concern for a customer's positive experience at Rodland Toyota's Service Department, I have absolutely no qualms about returning for any service I may need in the future. Thank you Steve and Zach.

I don't live in Everett, however I found it to the best of our interest to buy our car from this dealership. I had a great sales experience with my sales...
I had a great sales experience with my sales representative. I appreciated the fact that he did not at any time pressure me. He answered my questions promptly and honestly. He was easy to communicate with by phone and email during the process. He was able to locate the car I wanted and bring it to the dealership for me to see and purchase. The vehicle which is a Toyota Venza 2011 has exceeded all of my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. The only negative with my experience was the dealership trying to sell me after market services that I didn't want. This was not a big negative but it was one. This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership in two years. I returned because I had a good experience the first time and I had an equally good experience this time. I used the Costco buying program so that I would not have to spend time and trouble negotiating the price and this was very helpful to me as a buyer.

They were extremely helpful. We bought two cars, a used Prius and a new Camry. My husband and I have a long commute to work so we really needed to get into cars with better gas mileage. This has been the best service I have recieved. They showed us many cars and were very patient. They did not seem fake. I enjoyed the experience.
