Poor Customer Service Experience

You would think that after paying for a oil change(74$), that when they didn't come thru with either the car wash or cab vacuuming(21$valu), they would have at least said something and offered a discount on service? Poor Customer Service Management!!

Awesome service!

Awesome service! The deal was quick and smooth. And everything they said came true. Will for sure buy from them in the future. Dennis did a great job communicating with me and got me into the dealer. Hans was awesome . He fallowed up with what everything Dennis had told me and he closed the deal smoothly. Doug was great at explaining everything on the financing side of things. Broke it down real nice! Thank you gentlemen .

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Did all my work with Jesse via the internet sales dept. could not have been easier. Quick and easy. If you’re gonna buy a Toyota due it here.

Easy process, professional attitude

It was a pleasant experience from the initial phone call to driving off the lot in a new car. Jesse Driscoll was very helpful in selecting right options for me, answering all questions and arranging financing and car delivery from another dealership. This dealership has very nice vibe, everyone we met in the process was friendly, respectful and professional.

Very Helpful, not pushy.

Dennis Yudich was an excellent contact at Rodland Toyota. He offered to help me even after I told him I was dealing with another dealership. He didn't inundate me with emails, but just let me know he was available if I had questions or difficulties. Turned out I did not like the way I was treated at the other dealership and I did contact Dennis. This was very fortunate. He saved me money on the car I wanted and had it in stock with the features I wanted and the colors too. He explained the "extras" that Rodland provided with their sales. He also went above and beyond and helped me understand the electronics and special safety features of the Rav4 I purchased. He gave me a great price and I didn't have to do the "dicker" game. He filled up my tank with gas. And although I traveled an hour to reach Everett, it was completely worth it. The dealership was clean and looked like it had a good service area. (And the dealership was easy to find.) Dennis made this major event a breeze. I've already recommended Dennis to another friend looking to purchase a car.All this said, I've been a Toyota Gal forever and the new Rav4 I'm now driving is super!

Great service in a almost too reasonable amount of time

Friendly staff, nice & quaint waiting area, and great car service that doesn't take long at all. While the staff was good at their jobs, when I received my car I saw dirt still on the front driver and passenger. I informed the service agent and he immediately got onto the matter and resolve it within minutes. Because it was just a few minutes longer I will not dock points off, so kudos.

Great experience!

Colin Miller was very helpful in guiding us through the buying process. We replaced our 12 year-old Highlander that we bought from Colin 12 years ago, and will do the same in the future. Thanks Colin.

David is the guy for Toyota

David Singh the passionate Toyota sales person. He knows his stuff. We've bought 2 cars from him, Prius and Toyota Tacoma. He was super friendly and patient with my 60 years old mother when we were looking at Prius models and options. Never once it felt like he was bored being with us.
