When I called to get information on their inventory they were very helpful. When my wife and arrived to meet with the original sales guy and he was not available Mark Hernandez jumped right in and was helpful getting whatever information we needed. He showed us lots of options and no pressure to make a decision. Once we chose what we wanted he worked diligently with us to get the car we wanted. We bought a 2017 Highlander XLE. When the one with the options was not available he went to work finding one that he could pull in from a dealership near us. He was helpful iin showing us all the features and how they worked and offered to be available at anytime to answer questions.
