The team at Rodland Toyota were very proactive when it came to helping us to buy the car that we wanted. Camry XSE v6's are not that easy to find; especially if you want a specific color and options package. Kyle Osburn stayed patiently involved throughout the entire process and made sure that we understood all the particulars. Jeremy Potter was extremely helpful in carefully explaining the price breakdown, which never changed by the way. Ed Duff kept me apprised of the actual delivery date of the car that I was looking for, allowing me to finally breathe a sigh of relief. Jeff McEwen explained our final payment process in a very helpful and relaxed manner, giving us great insight into the pros and cons of various warranty options. Purchasing a new car is both exciting and nerve racking, but Rodland really helped to smooth out the entire process. I would recommend Rodland Toyota to anyone looking for a straightforward car buying experience.

We were looking for a hybrid. Up walks Jordan Lewis... Well the rest is history. We are so happy with this purchase. Jordan was so knowledgeable. Super impressed with him. Professional, patient, honest, personal, really just a great guy. Thanks Jordan, we'll be back no question. Darci too! I didn't feel pressured to buy an extended warranty (though we did!), she made it more fit our needs.... Attention to detail and your customer... AWESOME! Now as for the deal, I felt we had a very fair deal on both ends. You know, that buying a car wheel and dealing.... It was actually a nice process! Didn't feel taken advantage of at all. We went in expecting to be fair and that's exactly what we got. Love the new Prius and love the feeling I get when I walk in Rodland Toyota. Its like they actuality appreciate my business. We saw a used Chevy Sonic on their website and went in to view it. Jennifer helped us and she was wonderful. We are pretty new to the area so she was able to direct us on a nice test drive that covered different types of roads (highways, side roads, etc). We really liked the car so decided to buy it, and she made the process as easy as possible. We had come later in the day and so we were there for at least an hour after they closed to finish the paperwork etc, but we were happy with the way it was all handled and the price/terms we got. It is a fun little car and we are really pleased with our purchase. When we decide to replace our other car in a year or two I'll be checking in with Jennifer first!

Submitted an inquiry about an FJ Cruiser I saw online and heard back from Zach within an hour. He was very responsive over the phone and text, so we were able to work out a tentative deal rather quickly. By the time I visited the showroom to test drive the vehicle that evening, we were able to get everything done (paperwork included) within an hour or so.

I negotiated online with several dealers for a new Tundra. Taylor at Rodland Toyota was the most responsive of all the dealers in the Seattle metro area. We negotiated the price on line and set a time the next day for me to inspect and pick up the vehicle. Everything was ready when I got there including all the paperwork. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and that included the installation of the wheel locks and the rubber mat for the bed, signing all the paperwork, and Taylor going through all the features of the vehicle with me and pairing my phone. They were fast, efficient, and offered me the lowest price for the vehicle out of all the dealerships in the Seattle area. Everything was as represented and as promised.

Getting a new car can be stressful. Jeremy & Taylor knew what I wanted, and were able to make it happen. The process was easy. I've been to other dealerships and they give coupons for a free car wash- I can't wait to have my car serviced & cleaned! These guys have sales & service dialed in!!

We used Costco Auto program and found Rodland Toyota, talked to Doug for sales price of the new 2016 Prius Eoc, it was pretty straight forward and simple for the price we like. When coming to Rodland dealership to test drive and look at the car in person Taylor was the one helped me and my husband for everything else. Taylor was experienced, very knowledgeable on all the functions of Prius, and pleasant to work with, very efficient for the least amount of time we had to spend and things went very smooth. We liked it a lot and will recommend Taylor to anyone looking to buy a new car!
