My opinion of the dealership has changed over the years

My opinion of the dealership has changed over the years that used to be honest and a reputable company and no longer feel that way they took advantage of a 72-year-old elderly man charged him $10,000 more for a car than it was worth refused to negotiate and then did a back up credit report when it was a cash deal they took advantage of an elderly man and I’m quite sure the AG‘s office is going to be very interested in seeing the trade-in report that they just gave us today for a car. They sold us to that we paid $24,000 cash for I don’t know $7355 is a long way from 24,001 would think, let’s see what the attorney generals office has to say about this at this point

No Communication & Junker Pre-owned Cars

Had my car towed two different times for the same issue. They swore it was the battery and pushed me into buying a brand new one only for the car to get towed back a few months later for the same issue. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle they swore would have no problems. The shop manager is highly unprofessional, he will not give you resources to go above him to report his behavior so it's essentially a dead end there. They also said they would contact me regarding an update, but didn't. They did however blow up my phone and threaten to report their rental stolen despite the fact that they were supposed to call me to let me know when my car was done so I could turn in the rental. Buy elsewhere if you can.

Best used car sales experience ever.....

Recently purchased a used 2016 Toyota 4 runner from Vancouver Toyota. It was a great sales experience dealing with Skyler Peragine the Sales Professional. He was never pushy and very helpful throughout the entire process. He showed the utmost respect and never talked down to us. I would highly recommend Skyler to a friend or relative in the future. In addition Mike Ragsdale, the used car Finance Manager was a joy to deal with, Both Skyler and Mike are true professionals that made our buying experience so much more enjoyable than most that I have experienced. I want to thank them both for their help in making the purchase a memorable one.

Great Service

During our recent visit, every person we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Also, we had several choices regarding levels of service and at no time felt pressured to make a particular choice. Bano was fantastic! He listened to my needs and was able to help me get a good deal on my new truck!

Go with Miguel!

Miguel was not threatening or intimidating. He wasn't pushy. He was honest and really cared about his customer. The whole process was quick and painless. The facility is very nice. The people are nice, too! I would certainly recommend making a purchase here.

Awesome experience!

SERVICE NOT SO GOOD

Service Dept "Jamie Gutierrez" not so helpful, in fact borderline dishonest! My husband took my MR2 Spyder in for top not closing properly. Charged us 1 hour to clean and lube the top, said "all fixed" and was not. When we called about it he keep saying it was fixed, even though he admitted it was hitting in 2 places and not closing properly, but was "fixed". At $115 per hour I expected more?

Fantastic experience of customer satisfaction

I recently bought a 2012 Toyota Tundra from the guys here at Vancouver Toyota, specifically from Steve Starbuck. I have been in the car business for almost 15 years so buying a car from another dealer is always a weird deal. Steve was more than accommodating, he actually drove the vehicle up to me in Bellevue on his day off. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a Toyota. I was pre approved with my own financing through my local credit union, Greg Perry said he could beat my rate and by that he did. This was to easy of a transaction, I really appreciate the no gimmick straight forward attitude the whole team put in for me. Great work guys! Love the truck.
