Review for Service Dept: Run don't walk away from them!!! Took our Chevy Equinox for a diagnostic on the steering. Made the mistake of telling them ahead of time that CarShield would cover repair. I say this because the price was so over inflated to fix it that it was ridiculous. About $1200 in parts and $4000 for labor. It turned out Carshield would not cover so we go pick up the vehicle. On the invoice was a sticky note with the Rep's name and the following in bold letters: 'Sell job'. The rep quickily removed the sticky note but we had already seen it. The next day we took it a different mechanic who got the job done for, you ready? $954 including labor!!! This place is a rip off and as my husband says 'only good for oil changes or warranty work they have to fix. If I could give it a 0 star I would and certainly recommend to steer away from them - unless you have money to burn!!

This is the second time I have brought my car in for an oil change and asked for the dealership to look at a couple of concerns on my Tahoe and both times my requests were ignored. I was told that I had to be the one to schedule an appointment with the body shop to look at the window seals on the passenger side. Well the whole situation was a mess from State Farm?s side all the way from arguing the estimate to the point where they (State Farm) wanted ME to pay $2,000 out of pocket to where I was handed over my truck without nothing paid from me. Jake along with everyone that had hands on deck from top to bottom were in my corner. They helped provide everything and did a superb job restoring my truck to how it was. Jake was very professional and assured me that they ?are good at what they do?. The transparency from calls to text and even videos being sent to me of the process was above and beyond for me. Louie who took over after Jake had to step out was no exception he as well picked up right where Jake left off and the transition was flawless. Also the clerk at the fest that day when I got my truck back got on my phone when I had State Farm on the line and got the final payment finally done with so I can take my truck home. This is just a small dose of everything we had o go through dealing with State Farm the mess was a lot bigger if I would go into detail but all that is in the past now and I?m as happy as can be! Thank you Harvest Collision for the awesome work and awesome customer service skills!

Don’t go here!! Finance manager said that my bank was no good. Salesman was excellent. Financial person was awful. I came in with a pre approved loan from NFCR and he told me that he didn’t trust my bank and would NOT honor the pre-approved loan. He insisted that I only use the bank that they finance through. I walked out without a new car. Guess Harvest Chevrolet doesn’t back military at least through Navy Federal Credit Union.

Harvest Chevrolet and salesman Alfredo were great.
Went to Harvest Chevrolet to buy a new pickup. Met up with a sales man. He was very knowledgable about the pickups. He knew answers to all our questions. Went for a test drive an liked the pickup we drove. Got back to the dealership an bought the pickup. The salesman helped with geting some accessories added to the pickup. The salesman name was Alfredo an he was great to work with.
