When we showed up to the dealership we could tell that they were busy and understaffed at that moment. Through it all I still felt taken care of and looked after. Frank was there on his day off and stayed there 1 hour after closing just to make sure we were good to go. Highly recommend the Kia experience so long as you shop here with Frank. Also, Don was very helpful as well. They are all transparent about the process and we never felt pressured to buy unnecessary items. All options were presented in a clear fashion. Truly the best experience I have ever had buying a big ticket item.

Frank was amazing with helping us find the vehicle that we were looking for. Frank listened to what we wanted with the price that we were willing to pay and he found the perfect fit for us which was the Kia Sorento! We LOVE the car and we cannot Thank Frank and Overturf enough for the amazing car buying experience!

I called the dealership to ask if they offered 1.9% interest rates on a new Kia Sportage so the receptionist transferred me to Frank he was very helpful explaining the whole finance part and asked if I would like to come look at a Sportage I test drove it and really liked it but wasn’t sure yet he didn’t pressure me to make a fast decision and said he would rather I take time to make sure it felt right I decided I wanted to purchase it and he explained everything on how the car worked until I was comfortable with everything
