2016 Outlander
My wife and I own a Mitsubishi Montero that we purchased from Younger brand new 14 years ago. We decided to look for a smaller SUV and liked the Outlander. Our salesman, Phil Young, was very helpful and friendly. He got us the deal we wanted on the Outlander. Matt Hull in the finance department was a treat to work with. Looking for good used car
I went in looking at purchasing a Ford Escape, but it had been sold and I was initially disappointed because we made a bit of a trip to get to the dealership. The trip was worth it, however, as JT made sure to find me a better car at the same deal I was promised on the Escape. He did a great job of turning what could have been a very irritating experience into one that I felt turned into a very good purchase on a great car at a great price and rate. I would recommend JT, he is straightforward and down to Earth and is someone I would make a major purchase like this with again.

Good buying experience
My wife and I had a excellent buying experience with Brian Fearnow as our sales person. Brain was very knowledgeable, professional and was very informative. Brian listened to our needs and directed us in the direction of not only well priced vehicles but also the best vehicle for our needs. We felt in his dealings with us he definitely had our best interests first.

it took a little work but we came to terms that was a fair price great at going over the vehicle functions very knowledgeable about the car. i would recommend JT as your sale person

NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE
I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma. Salesman Mike Kuhns was the best sales person with whom I have ever dealt. Great buying experience. I would recommend Mike and the Younger Dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

WOW!!!!!!
JT walked us through the process on our time. He made sure to go the extra mile in answering all our questions. I know we got the best deal and best service possible with JT. Wish there was more sales people out there like him , that take the time to care and listen to their customers needs & wants. I will definitely be making all my future purchases with him and telling all my friends. Toyota did something right when then they took JT on board!!!!! Love my new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE!!!!

Problem resolved satisfactorally
A problem surfaced within a few days of a vehicle purchase. I was mistakenly assigned as the vehicle purchaser, when in fact my daughter was the actual purchaser & I was to be the loan cosigner if needed because of my credit rating. I immediately contacted Kristin McKenrick who in turn involved Ken Murphy & Eric Eichelberger. When the problem was identified a solution was developed & within a few days everything was resolved. Rude, unprofessional
The Toyota people that we talked to did not treat us professionally. We thiught they were rude and did not take us serious. Promised us a specific date that the vehicle we purchased would be here and it arrived over a week late than what they told us. That really got under our skin, because during the paperwork, the dealer charged us $900 to get the vehicle to the Toyota dealership. Why should we pay $900 transfer fee to wait well over a week for it which ended up interfering with our work life and causing problems. We also signed a contract that said there would be under 10 miles on the vehicle when we got it which is was well over 10 miles. When we would call, we just kept getting pushed aside and sent to message machines. During paperwork, make sure you pay very close attention, because they will sneak charges on there that you aren't going to like. The sales manager was rude, and continued to try to push us to buy more stuff when we were already upset with the whole dealership. So annoyed by this place. Save your money and time. Go to another car place that will respect your choices and give you the courtesy to answer your calls, or at least call back within a decent time

Excellent first time buying experience
I've never purchased a new vehicle before and JD made that first time buying experience a good one. It's my understanding that he's only been there for about half a year and I was very impressed with how knowledgable he was with all of the cars that we looked at. He's very easy to work with and now I know who to go to when it's time for a new set of wheels! Thanks again JD!
