I'm generally very pleased with Baierl's service.

Let me start by saying I was in the car business

Let me start by saying I was in the car business and can be a very tough sell! I spent a lot time with the general sales manager named Ryan Shank who is the most patient and sincere man in the car business. we changed vehicles numerous times and took a lot of his time. I was irritated with us myself and I was truly amazed how well he handled all of our turmoil. He had to run 10 different scenarios and cost sheets. And he was the best price in town by far! Our salesman Greg was great too. He held our hand every step of the way - bringing us car after car to test drive. We even met with the general manager named Chuck who was also unbelievably helpful, nice and very supportive ! In finance, another gentleman also named Ryan checked us out and was extremely efficient and nice. Thanks guys ! you’re the best in the business! I’ll be making numerous referrals.

After I picked up my vehicle, I drove two blocks before

After I picked up my vehicle, I drove two blocks before the car broke down. My service tech was quick to get to my location to try to fix the car. When he couldn’t, he told me to go back to the dealership and I was quickly given a rental. They took care of having my car towed back, and I came to pick it up the following day. They did drive it around to make sure it was safe to drive. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service experience. However, my only complaint would be they could have considered filling up my gas tank after driving my car around so much and for the stress of the whole ordeal. I can’t speak highly enough of John and his caring and kind attitude throughout the whole experience

Baierl Honda is a well-organized, efficient auto service

Baierl Honda is a well-organized, efficient auto service department. They leverage technology for the client very well — including easy online scheduling and a fantastic web-based video inspection of your car while it is up on jacks to allow you to see a perspective that we owners don’t often get. And they have a spacious waiting area with coffee and snacks.
