Ramsey Mazda

I took my car to Ramsey Mazda today for it's first service and Todd, the Service Advisor, was very friendly and saw things through from start to finish. The oil and filter were changed, the car was checked over and the air in the tires was adjusted to specs. All went well and I left with a clean shiny car on this wintery day.

The Mazda of Ramsey is like family we both bought our cars there about 10 or 11 years ago. And when it's time to get our oil changed or get our car serviced for anything the service department there is amazing I go to Marc and I don't know who my husband goes to but I know he's a very nice man too. The service department is always nice always honest with you they will not rip you off I never had a bad experience with them whatsoever. And even the sales people at the Mazda dealership or great too they know my husband they know me like I said it's like family they don't forget your face and you're always happy to see you..

Ramsey Mazda is the best car dealer I’ve ever used for both a vehicle purchase and service. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and never rushes any conversation. My buying experience was smooth and hassle free. I continue to make the trip here for regular service appointments and appreciate the ease of booking online. Wait times are reasonable for the work being done and everything is explained thoroughly before your car hits the lift. They offer a video inspection and recap of your service before it’s completed in case you have any questions or anything additional is needed. They value every customer and I will continue to recommend them over dealers that are closer to my home. Service matters!
