Excellent Everybody knowledgeable and eager to please.

Excellent Everybody knowledgeable and eager to please. Even helped pair the car to my garage door opener. Even filled the car with fuel. Reassured that the little 4 pot motor would pull the car up most hills.

I purchased a used 2022 Chevy Silverado with less than

I purchased a used 2022 Chevy Silverado with less than 10,000 miles on it and purchased additional coverage on top of the bumper to bumper at the beginning of August from your dealership. What I thought would be relatively easy issues to resolve turned into a long drawn out process. I ended up leaving the vehicle with the service department for over 2 weeks and was told nothing wrong could be found with the vehicle but the computer had been rebooted and that issue was resolved. After driving Mark, your service tech (who was actually helpful and informative), he heard the popping in the front end suspension I spoke of, saw that the side view mirror motors were not working properly and that there were issues with the USB ports, all of which were reasons I brought the vehicle in. He did explain that it was sometimes difficult getting GM on board with ordering some parts but would get together with Samantha about that and they would get back with me. That was two weeks ago. For what I payed for that vehicle, i could have easily bought a new truck and theoretically not had these issues and if I did, they would be addressed. But one would think with the extended warranty, coverage, and having just driven it off the lot a few weeks prior, there would be someone standing behind word and product. I get the feeling the truck just sat in one spot for the majority of the two weeks it was there. I traded in a 2017 F-250 in very good condition for its mileage, was told a certain number for trade in after a whittling over a minute issue and the numbers didn't add up. A used car manager that epitomizes every cliche of used car sales has passed the buck and so far, this has been an underwhelming experience at best. I feel I've been patient and understanding in such s matter but the customer care and/or level of professional competence leaves something to be desired and nobody really seems to know whats going on; or care

Great Service but still have not fixed the problem

This is the 3rd or 4th time for me bringing in the vehicle to have the radio repaired. Radion is still not working properly and cuts off when driving.
