This is my family's 7th purchase at Sierra Blanca Motors.

This is my family's 7th purchase at Sierra Blanca Motors. Called Michael on Wednesday about a truck on the website my son was interested in. We walked in this morning and was in and out in less than an hour. Michael had all the paperwork ready to sign. The guys are always helpful, and I won't shop for a vehicle anywhere in New Mexico without calling Michael first.

Our experience buying the 2019 Jeep Sahara was nothing short of amazing! Eddie was friendly, courteous, and made the whole process fun. He not only showed us the Jeep but also shared some cool details, like the Easter Eggs. Eddie was also very responsive to our questions after the purchase. Michael made the financial part of the transaction smooth and quick. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and are thrilled with our new Jeep! Thank you!

I'm not sure if sold a lemon or jeep just sucks. Right after warranty ran out my auxiliary battery went, now needs struts, mounts and links and never a problem until I picked up, my back up camera is now "going out I was told". It is not a coincidence, my camara was great before I dropped off. Anyone else have issues after dropping for service? Let's chat

My back up camara was working perfectly before I dropped off my jeep for an estimate. I was told it is a coincidence. I know NOT!

Have been getting service from Sierra Blanca for years. Jennifer does a great job getting all the questions and issues handled quickly. Just bought a new Suburban from them and delivery and paperwork was easy and seamless. Good job!

Was there for oil change. They found problem with brakes??? No test drive. Did not fix properly and had to go back again next day. Fixed problem and delivered car. Customer service excellent but not sure about service staff. Usually have no problem.

Do not deal with Sierra Blanca motors

Unsatisfied , unappreciated customer Having a deposit on a Tahoe Sierra Blanca motors called me falsely accused me of being a wholesaler told me they have plenty of customers needing the vehicle I have a deposit on and told me they could not sell it to me. As soon as it got to the dealership. Probably sold it to someone offering more money unfortunately . Untrustworthy dealer ship

I’m from Conneticut I’ve been down the east coast and across the lower states to New Mexico.I have had a number of oil changes and tire rotation on my 2019 GMC pickup that I bought new. Every service was done at a GMC dealership and never cost more than $ 82.00. At this dealership it was $ 120.00 and change. This is totally ridiculous, I will never return for service or think about buying a vehicle at this establishment. Shame on them.

Jennifer and Garrett were spectacular!! I was incredibly impressed. They got me in right away they showed me the issue and they fixed it immediately. While I was waiting I spoke with a very knowledgeable and very handsome salesman. Let me tell you he knew his stuff he answered every question I had without pressure. I love this dealership they will always have my business
