Would not go anywhere else!!

When I walk into this dealership I feel like family. Always greeted with a smile and professionalism. I have been going there for years and will continue to go there for many more. Justin, Matt and Chris were so wonderful they made my recent new car purchase a breeze. Thanks guys for everything!!! I LOVE my new car!!

I have purchased many cars of the years, but never have I had as great of an experience as I had with Mark at Cranberry CDJR. From the time we walked through the door, Mark was polite, professional, and was able to provide an answer to EVERY question we had. We visited the dealer 3 different times because we switched our vehicle choice after visiting and each time he went out of his way to make sure we had answers to every question we had. We even came unannounced and he was with another customer, and he still made sure we were taken care of very well. I would return to Cranberry CDJR without a doubt.

Ok possible the worse service I've ever dealt with in...

Ok possible the worse service I've ever dealt with in my life! I have yet to meet someone in service that sounds interested in my problem, let alone greets you with a smiling face, or even try's to help you. I called to see if something was covered under a warranty. I told her the problem gave a list of the parts we replace and told her the part was in the transmission and what the part does in the transmission (so sorry I did not have the name of the part) All I got was a response, "I need more information" then she proceeded to read me what is covered in all "mechanical slang" that I had no idea what she was saying. Then she tells me if the part is a sensor it is not covered. After reviewing more details about the part I called back with the actual name which I'm sure she knew. I'm then told they cannot tell me if any parts are covered and I need to bring it in for a diagnosis that yes costs $$$$$94 for an hr!!!!! I laughed uncontrollably then was told even if the part is covered it still needs to be approved by the manager. The biggest joke ever and considering I have multiple other problems with their service, I wish I never purchased a vehicle there.

This is the second Grand Cherokee I've purchased at...

This is the second Grand Cherokee I've purchased at this dealership and I had a pretty good experience both times (the vehicles themselves have been outstanding with no problems or items to fix). It's important to note that both times I went to the dealership armed with extensive research from online sources about which vehicle I wanted, what options I wanted, how much it was worth, and how much my trade-in was worth. I'm not sure my experiences would have been as nice if I had not done my homework first (meaning the bargaining and purchase process would have taken even longer than the hours it did and I don't think I would have gotten the same deal). The experience with the initial sales rep, Paul, was excellent! He came across as genuinely caring about finding me the vehicle I wanted, while not pushing me to buy options or a vehicle I did not want or need (I wanted the six cylinder and he didn't try to push me to buy the eight).

Cranberry Jeep has a wonderful helpful staff that answer all of your questions whether it be in the dealership or over the phone. They provide fast great service in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a Jeep to this dealership.

He made it quick, painless and worked with me to get a good deal i wanted. Paul met us at the door and was very friendly. He made an effort to find what was important to us and what was not. As we were undecided on the exact unit we were interested in, Paul did not rush us into a decision. We compared two units and decided on a 2013 Town and Country. Going into a vehicle purchase we knew it would be time consuming and it was. In the end, we are happy with our purchase. Paul will have a successful future in marketing.
