Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cranberry

I brought the jeep in for a check engine light and for a hot temperature gauge issue. I was charged for a diagnostic fee and was then told that the car just needed a software update. $200 Charge. The next day, I noticed antifreeze on the ground,and called the dealership to tell them about the problem. ??considering the issues I described, They never checked the radiator??? I talked to the service advisor, no assistance ; then I talked to the service Manager, Matt. He told me he will try to get me a loaner vehicle so they could look at the Jeep again. Never heard back from Matt, despite leaving 3 more messages. I lost today, plus the original day of my appointment, plus $200 and I still have the car issue! Never even returned any calls! Customer service, professionalism and integrity are non existent at Ron Lewis service department.

I received great service at this Automotive Service Provider. I will go back to this dealer.

Bought a three year old truck, just out of factory warranty. Three days later had airbag light come on, found out no warranty from Ron Lewis, not even a 30 day like all other dealerships give. Called Harry, called Dave both agreed it should be covered. Called JT left a message, still waiting for a return call.

They worked on my brakes, and did a quick and thorough job. Staff came to explain to me the problem and asked if it was OK. They were very kind and pleasant!

I took my car in for service and it was done quickly in the time they they advised it would be done

Excellent customer service and fast completion of routine work like oil changes. No guessing about oil grade either! They only use full synthetic which is my preferred grade!

This is the 3rd Jeep we purchased from this dealership. Always a pleasure to work with. Shorkey wouldn’t even give us the time of day. Will definitely go back to Ron Lewis for our next Jeep.
