Buying 2 Caravans
My salesperson looked up from phone long enough to say would pull the vehicles up. Told him I wanted to look at different model of same vehicle. Finally sets phone down looks up vehicle gets key and sits back down to phone. Where’s the car I ask and he points across st and tells me it’s in lot over there. Find the car drive around, return for dealer plate, drive some more and bring back keys and set them on desk( still on a video on his phone). So if you want no info or pressure to buy and nearly no recognition that you exist, he would be the salesperson for you.

Not happy
Did not like the fact that I was giving one key and fob. Had purchase another key and fob, and I have to to have them programmed. Nor would they repair the dash

Worst dealer I have ever seen
I wanted to purchase a mini van. Was already approved through my credit union. I put a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle with my credit card. They asked me to finance with them on two separate occasions and I said no, I was already financed through my credit union. They were not happy that I would not finance with them, so after 2 days of waiting for their "finance dept" to accept my credit union's letter of credit for the full amount of the vehicle, they still were not responding. Some jerk named "Gabe" in the finance dept said they weren't happy with a clause in the letter of credit. So, my credit union sent them a new letter of credit. After 4 hours of waiting for "Gabe" to say the letter of credit was to their liking, I still had no word from the dealer. I finally got so fed up, I told my sales guy, Zach, I was done and wanted my deposit taken off my charge. I have purchased other vehicles at dealers through my credit union and NEVER had an issue with a dealer accepting their letter of credit. What a freaking joke. They obviously were mad that I would finance with them, so they jerked my chain. I would not buy a Hot Wheel from this place. Unless you want to make them even more money and finance through them, DO NOT buy a vehicle from these buffoons.

poor customer service
Inquired about a vehicle was told it was sold. So I inquired about a different vehicle and was told by the salesman that he was busy with a customer at the time but he would get back to me. After 3 days of not hearing from him I sent an email and he said he had told me it was sold already. This person can't even remember what car we were talking about. Like I told him my money spends anywhere and I will spend it elsewhere. Very poor customer service. I would never recommend this dealership.

drove over 4hrs to make a purchase
drove over 4 hrs with a trailer to make a purchase .. the salesman showed pictures and a video , but decided not to show all the scratches and dents in this vehicle . He lied to get me in there . plus this deanship said that they won't accept a check from my bank? My bank said they have never heard of this before. But I guess if they doing false advertising and lying to costumers the don't want a check that can be cancelled .

Zero customer service and not trustworthy!
Going to Lambert Buick in Cuyahoga falls Ohio was the worst mistake we have ever made regarding a vehicle purchase. We turned in a 2-year lease and started a new lease on a 2019 Buick encore in April 2019. Our purchase was handled by Will Spencer at the dealership who truly has no place selling cars in a reputable dealership but ought to be a used car salesman since his word is meaningless. We are not new to the experience of leasing since this is our third lease on the same make and model of car. The previous two dealerships or at Laria Chevrolet in Rittman Ohio Where people actually keep their word. The only reason we went to Lambert is because we had moved to Akron. A dealership that wants your business as this one did, typically promises to absorb any costs that would be associated with returning new release early. Will Spencer assured us that If there were any costs from mileage or other minor incidentals on our returned lease that Lambert would absorb these. So we made the deal and in December of 2019 we received a letter from GM financial indicating that we owed them $594. We immediately called them and they told us that the dealership had not cut them a check for overages and that we should contact the dealership directly. we have never been able to have a conversation with anyone in customer service at Lambert because I'm certain they do not exist. no one in management has ever bothered to reach out to us regarding this matter and how odd is it that in this day and age, the general manager of Lambert Buick, Vicky Watts, does not have voicemail! Does anyone believe that?! I certainly don't! Will Spencer was too much of a coward to actually call us back, he texted instead an indicated that he would be handling the matter we never heard anything after that. Over a month later I get another bill from GM financial with the same amount indicating that the dealership has not made the payment they were supposed to and that we are responsible for it. It will be a cold day in xxxx before we pay anything further to GM financial. Avoid Lambert Buick GMC in Cuyahoga falls Ohio at all costs and never ever deal with the likes of Will Spencer. it would appear that Lambert Buick is so poor and in such dire financial straight that they cannot keep the deals they make with their clients so it's best to avoid them and save yourself a lot of headaches.

Amazing Experience
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only was the entire staff extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, but they also offered the lowest prices I could find in the Summit County area. What a group of professionals. This is the first car I have bought with Lambert Buick/GMC and I can honestly say, I don't see myself car shopping anywhere else from now on.

Drove 1 hour to look at 2 cars after contacting dealer 1...
Drove 1 hour to look at 2 cars after contacting dealer 1 hour before. Got there both cars were sold! Sales guy Pat attempted to upsell to another car and Allyssa online texted later sorry. Here’s the thing, I used the instand messenger from their web site and even texted them the stock numbers and they responded both were on the lot. Major time waisted, very poor sales tactic and team work.
