Very good experience

Pleased with our overall experience. Sam, our salesperson, was excellent! He was not only knowledgable , he was also very kind and worked to get us exactly what we were looking for. We went in with the intention of buying one vehicle but because of our overall good experience we came back the next day and purchase a second vehicle. Now owners of a Tucson and Sonata . Ryan, the finance director, was VERY good and took his time to answer ALL of our questions and helped guide us to make the best financial decision. I would've given it 5 Stars but the wait for the financing is much too long.

Got me exactly what i wanted

No pressure, and no phony sales pitch. He got me exactly what I was looking for. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Will definitely be going back for my next car.

Do not buy from Hyundai!!!!

I am in disputes with the credit bureaus over a $23 payment that Hyundai never notified or billed me for and they are not helping to resolve their mistakes at all. Dealing with their finance department is horrendous. I had leased a Hyundai two years ago and when it came to termination fee’s they charged me for taxes that I didn’t accrue. I called the finance department and spoke with a individual who assured me that he would take care of it and told me not to pay the bill until I get a updated invoice. Well, I never got an updated invoice. So, I paid the portion of the bill that wasn’t in dispute and asked for the updated invoice of what is left. Heard nothing back, then after checking my credit report I see that Hyundai is reporting me as 90 days late on a $23 payment, which is the first time I found out the final amount I owed. I called Hyundai, explained what happened and all they told me to do was to dispute it with the credit bureaus, even though they were the ones who made the mark on my record. All of this is negatively impacting my credit for $23 dollars that I would of paid immediately.

Pleasent to deal with no pressure to purchase

Purchased a 2018 Hyundai Kona and could not be more satisfied with this dealership, Marty our salesperson was very attentive to our needs and was very interested in putting us into the vehicle that we wanted even though we asked for numerous test drives of different vehicles. The finance person was excellent and explained the financing more than most. Walked out with a new vehicle not being stressed at all and pleased. They should give Marty an award for his customer service, he's fantastic.

Terrible Cars

Both vehicles I bought from these people had expensive issues. The cars were improperly cleaned after taking forever to get financing. Then, the financial institution they use turned out to have class actions on them for loan shark techniques. Beware of ANY Herb Chambers dealerships.
