This dealership is Bad I would strongly recommend any

This dealership is Bad I would strongly recommend any person looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. Once they sell you the vehicle or should I say hustle you out your money your on your own. Their cars are not in good running condition. They say anything to sell the vehicle like giving you false promises. There was an aftermarket remote starter put in the car which caused it to damage the starter which I had to pay $1,100 at the Kia dealership to fix. I called them to let them know and they basically told me if I can’t get the vehicle to them I’m screwed. Which meant getting the car towed from Burlington Ma to Framingham Ma. Just all around bad communication and dishonesty with this dealership.

Not prepared for appt. Salesman was inexperienced. The car had a dead battery and no gas. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Oh I decided not to do anything with them after that review. And seeing they were guilty of fraudulent misleading their constituents.

After asking about temp plates before the purchase and

After asking about temp plates before the purchase and being told they would be able to get them, after the purchase they said they couldn’t and refused to do so despite them being able to. This was important since my state does not provide temp plates. I told them upfront I did not have time to pick the vehicle up except a narrow window on my way back through next weekend so I needed temp plates, but they refused to help. I ended up paying to have it shipped after they ignored my request, I didn’t want to leave the vehicle their any longer since I know longer trusted them. You would think for the $799 doc fee they could have helped process the small amount of paperwork for the temp plates since they didn’t have to file registration paperwork since I wasn’t a MA resident. In general the salesman I worked with was nice but the experience was overall very frustrating and caused a lot of stress for me and additional money. They said the vehicle would be clean but it came back with compound caked in the trim, what felt like shoe polish on parts of the leather to cover up discoloration. Google their name and you’ll find they agreed to a nearly $1 million settlement for deceptive sales practice. I’d go elsewhere for a vehicle.
