Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I went there with my wife because we saw a great deal on a car on their website. We called first to ensure it was as advertised. It was exactly as described by the sales person. They worked with us to get a good financing offer, and offered us beverages and food if desired. There was no pressure, and the showroom was warm and pleasant. It was one of the better purchasing experiences we have had.

I have NEVER financed a car on my own. It has actually been one of the most dreaded things. I have been avoiding! I have less than perfect credit, no cosigner, recently moved to the area and not that much to put down on a car. The only think I knew was that I can afford the car payment since I moved for a new a career. Ray listened to my whole situation on a Wednesday and by Friday he called me and said he had a car with my name one it. (typical of a car dealership right?) So I was like oh boy here we go, but when I went down to pay the guys a visit on Sat their service was amazing! Eddie and Ray did not treat me like another number sale they were actually concerned about what I wanted and what I could afford. I looked up the Kelly blue book value of my car and they definitely got me the best value and made it possible for a first time car buyer with not so perfect credit to get financed. THANK YOU GUYS!!! I returned to Colonial for a recall issue and was pleased with the service. I also requested warranty service for a cargo shade on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The handle was cracked, the service advisor Mike Fredette examined the handle and confered with the service manager. The result was that they agreed to replace the shade at no expense to me. So, I am very satisfied with Colonial. Also I spoke with Mike Ballos and he was friendly and helpful, the same as he was almost 2yrs. prior when I bought my vehicle. My only concern is of my making, I travel from Western Mass. to this dealership, I wish they were closer. Paul Harvey
