I have been to many Honda dealers looking at CVR's and when i visited Bernardi the experience was surprising, surprising in that they are still in business. The used cars are not cleaned prior to offering for sale, they replaced front tires with different low cost brands than what on the back, and the Sales Manager was so unprofessional I told him he needs to stop dropping F-bombs in casual conversations. Lastly they bait and switch with their advertisements, lower a price of a vehicle and when you show up say it was sold the same day the price was lowered. they say they took a deposit over the phone. I even called prior to driving an hour to the dealership! Honda corp can do better licensing their dealerships.

Victor was very personable and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. He was very considerate.
