Great Service

Cassie took care of everything for me. She is very attentive. Everyone there is very helpful. Everything was prompt and done in a timely manner.

Great Sales and Service Departments

Bought my 2022 Insight EX here. Traded in my 2013 civic, which I bought here back when it was Honda Gallery, and serviced the car regularly here as well. This dealership has always been a positive experience in both the sales and service departments. Worked with Marc-Andy for my recent purchase and he was great to work with compared with several other local dealerships. Will definitely be bringing my Insight here for all services, even after the warranty period.

Great customer service

Excellent customer service, Paul was great, he was personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered my questions, comfortable waiting area. I would recommend for service.

Excellent service

I have an oil change and it was ready in an hour and Everything was checked and I was on my way. Everyone was very accommodating and I had excellent service.

Leah was very courteous and thorough on explaining the services needed for my car. I appreciated the updates throughout the day in order to plan my day accordingly I also appreciated the service follow-up , especially the explanation of hard-copy Automobile Status Report. Great Service experience

I brought my car for servicing on Sept. 2 to Prime 128 Honda. Everything was great. My service advisor was Nicole Michaud . She was very prompt, courteous , and answered all of my questions. Service was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. LINDA Fargo

GO TO FORD

Honda in reading is the biggest scam operation going and that’s saying a lot for a dealership - bought a 2017 Honda Pilot - AC compressor goes within couple months of purchase - told hondacare would cover it - but had to wait 2 weeks for the parts (beginning of summer) 2.5 months go by no communication - nothing - then told Honda care won’t cover - and still don’t have all the parts - still no AC - GO TO FORD
