The customer service representatives I experienced at the...

The customer service representatives I experienced at the Mirak dealership were by far the most respectable, non aggressive and non sleazy group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The Mirak dealership also gave me the best deal for my trade, I had visited 5 other dealerships that day including Boch, Pride, Herb Chambers, Ira, Clay and they all offered between 500 to 2500 less for my trade. I shopped at Mirak first based on the great online and phone customer support provided by Alyssa Boreiko, and then was further impressed in person by consultant Jonathan Buck, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked very hard with me. Every other dealership I had visited afterwards was a disappointment after visiting Mirak. The final papers were done with Stephen Hopkins "New Finance Manager" who made the process extremely comfortable and was a pleasure to work with. I was so impressed with Mirak I had my wife also work with them to purchase a new car for herself. Ultimately she also bought a new car from them as well.

I have bought my share of cars - new and slightly used. I have had my share of ugly sales people and playing the game in order to get my business. Walking into Mirak was a blessing in so many ways. I wasn't sure when i was going to buy and I was torn between 2 cars - a Honda Accord (Used) and the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. In the end I went for the Sonata. When I walked through Mirak Hyundai I wasn't surrounded like prey to a lion. I was treated with kindness. Jonathan sat down with me and laid out my choices - including the Honda. He let me know what I didn't need, the difference between an older Sonata and the new one and an estimated price. I had been to other dealerships, I walked out feeling very uncomfortable. There was something I liked about Jonathan himself. He wanted me to have the facts. He made buying the car painless. He didn't play games with me and gave me the bottom line. He took care of everything so all I needed to do was sign on the dotted line and drive off with my new car. Everyone at the dealership treated me with great respect, walked me through the paces and made sure I had every thing I needed for a successful visit. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service, friendly people and ease of sale. Furthermore, I would recommend Jonathan. I walked out happy and content!

I had an excellent experience with Mirak. Jonathan and Steve were very helpful and worked hard to get me into a new car and get me the best value for my trade-in. I'm enjoying my new car very much, and will recommend Mirak to anyone I know looking for a new or used car.

I wanted no hassles and no high pressure sales tactics...

I wanted no hassles and no high pressure sales tactics when purchasing my new Hyundai, so I found the dealer rating website from google and researched the dealers near me and even though their was a another dealer the next town over I decided to go with Mirak since they've been around since 1936 and found nothing negative about them on dealerrater.com. I dealt with Jonathan Buck and he was honest and straightforward and laid back through the whole process (I hadn't bought a new vehicle since 1994 so I took my time and made a couple of visits and asked questions via e-mail before making any decisions)and when it came time to make a deal, it was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with at Mirak were very friendly and helpful and I would definetely recommend them.

I went to this dealership to attempt to get my dashboard...

I went to this dealership to attempt to get my dashboard fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purchased not covering the dashboard I would have to pay around $900 to replace it. I then spoke to the service manager and and a service rep and they called GM and over the span of a few days they managed to have GM assist in the cost of the replacement of the dash. I only had to pay a $250 deductable and my dash is now good as new! I didnt even purchase my vehicle here, as my dealership closed, and they still worked very hard to make me satisfied, I was very impressed with the quality of customer service all parties involved gave me.

I'm not a fan of new car buying. I find the typical dealership experience to be stressful and irritating. Working with Jonathan Buck at Mirak Hyundai was a completely refreshing experience however. He made the whole process easy and transparent. The price we paid was fair and was arrived at quickly without any protracted haggling. I was very happy working with Jonathan, and next time we are in the market for a new car, he will be the first person we call.

I would highly recommend Mirak Hyundai to anyone. I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra (which I love). This was my first time purchasing a car, so I was a little uneasy about the stereotypical harassing of car salesmen I've heard so much about, however, at Mirak, I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case. My experience at this dealership was stress and hassle free. The customer service was great -- Ken was friendly and informative. Other sales personnel I encountered were equally as cordial. I know very little about cars, and Ken answered each of my many questions earnestly and with ease. It was apparent that he not only knows the cars well, but has complete confidence in their worth. Going forward, I feel completely comfortable going back with any questions or concerns with my new car.

In regards to my experience with Mirak Cheverlet Hyundai...

In regards to my experience with Mirak Cheverlet Hyundai last month in my purchase of a Santa Fe Hyundai, I wish to state that it was a very pleasant experience, as I was treated very well and the negotiation process was a minimum without all the nonsense of usual auto dealership purchases. They delivered what they said they would and provide excellent service after the sale as well. I would recommend them highly and will continue to purchase my vehicles from them in the future. I went to Mirak yesterday looking to test drive a car and I was instantly attended to. The sales consultant Jonathan Buck was great. He made the process easy and seamless. He is the rare and refreshing brand of car salesman who can make the car-buying process really rather pleasant. No complaints!
