Service recommendations are explained in detail and prioritized. The anticipated wait time is accurate and the waiting room is comfortable with a shuttle service available if needed. Debbie P.

Typically when I come in for service there is no problem. Today i checked in for just an oil change. They took my car and 10 minutes later came and told me it would be at least 2 hours till they got to it. I was even early for my 11:30 appointment. My time is very valuable and I really do not live close by. A call or message would have been helpful. To be that backed up they should have known. Were they taking people without appointments?
