I’ve bought 3 cars there That says it all very few complaints Cost is always a factor

I bought a 2024 grand highlander, the sales person was very helpful, 6 days later my wife had to bring the vehicle back to the dealer for the inspection sticker, the low pressure tire light was on, she told the service technician at the service department to please check it out, she had to wait over 3 hours just for the inspection sticker!! And no one did anything about the pressure light, they weren’t polite, helpful, never mind friendly, that department needs to get better! In 2016 I bought from the dealer a toyota sienna and also had a bad experience with the service department!!!!

I bought a Toyota Tacoma from Carlos Bautista. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend him if you are interested in buying a Toyota. This was a great experience at a car dealership.

Easy to do business with. I was looking for a Tacoma with a combination of features that weren’t widely available. Copeland Toyota didn’t have the truck, but they found one for me without all the hassle and conditions that other dealers wanted before they would look for one.

The staff are very helpful and the review process on work performed is very transparent. Very professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend the Service Department.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle last week. I was greeted at the front door by 2 very nice men, and once inside I worked with Hamilton Andrade to test drive and choose the car I wanted. Once I decided I had the pleasure to meet the sales manager, Joe Cordeiro and business manager, Carli, was warm, friendly and very efficient. The entire experience was an A+++

They provided a loaner but completed the job within two hours! They did an alignment for only $100!
