I hate the car buying experience as many do, however i feel after dealing with Josh and his peers at Colonial South Chevy my opinion has changed! It was fun like it should be. I am completely satisfied with my new vehicle, the cruze is awesome and i loved every minute of the experience.

Purchased a 2013 deramax chevy pickup for $38.000. 5 months later the DEF reservoir broke and needed replacing by their maintenance dept. 5 more months later fuel pump supposedly broke intetnally per their maintenance dept requiring another $9,000 to fix. Now not 2 months later broken down again. Their service dept requesting another $7,000 for supposedly a head gasket. Because since their "repairs" truck leaking coolant. $25,000 in cash less than a year to their maintenance dept. Fix the problem already!!! Sales dept says " not my problem." Horrendous company who do not stand behind their sales or work. Having to bring a vehicle back 3 times within the first year of ownership should never be expected.

Josh and Durant were great! Josh made the deal happen and Durant made the finance process very easy with no stress! I will be back for my next lease.
