Service department had me up and running on time.

Service department had me up and running on time. A sales man also answered my questions about a new car as I waited for my trucks oil change

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, as always.

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, as always. Very professional atmosphere... I was able to use my rewards which brought the cost to near nothing

Did not fix recall issue, installed part failed

Did not fix recall issue, installed part failed immediately. Necessitated a return to CS to get my car. CS did provide a driver, but will still need to return to get the recall issue worked.

Had a transmission problem.

Had a transmission problem. Karen was very helpful, but the dealer repair cost was over $3,000 more than a local shop.
