I had a wonderful experience with Desiree, who was

I had a wonderful experience with Desiree, who was professional, so knowledgeable and lots of fun. No pressure at all. She went above and beyond. When I changed my mind about the extended warranty the next day, Manny was quick to have the paperwork sent out so I could easily cancel. All in all, a wonderful experience…and I love my car!!

I purchased an suv about a week ago with the sales rep Nemy, he was great! He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He did everything possible to help me get a good deal. His patience and knowledge did not go unnoticed. I am so happy to be in my Honda Pilot :-)

Although I purchased my previous Hondas at another

Although I purchased my previous Hondas at another dealership, I have been servicing my previous vehicles at Colonial Honda for more than 10 years. I have always had an excellent experience with the service department. When I wanted to trade in my Honda for a new CRV Hybrid, I decided to come to Colonial Honda to look for a new vehicle. I was very pleased with the result. Andrew, our salesperson, was courteous and very helpful. He was very attentive to our questions and helped us through the sales process. It has been a very positive experience with sales and service at Colonial Honda.

This is my second purchase from Colonial Honda, and my

This is my second purchase from Colonial Honda, and my first stop when it comes time to look for a new vehicle. Derek was excellent and I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle from him. Knowing I was going to be purchasing a slightly used vehicle, I had done my homework and had my vehicle "criteria" list of age, pricing, mileage, and amount for my trade in, and the finance rate and amount I had already been approved for, prior to going to look at vehicles. I found a vehicle at Colonial which checked all the boxes on my list and Derek was great throughout the process. Derek did up the initial paperwork and clearly communicated to his sales manager what I wanted for my trade and the financing amount and rate I already had approval for, and got the go ahead to move forward. Once we got to Lucy in the financing department things were different. Clearly she had not bothered to read or been told by the sales manager of the financing arrangements I had already made, and she had paperwork for financing completed from another institution at a MUCH higher rate. After telling and showing her my financing rate and approval amount on my phone, she got busy on the computer and found a rate even lower. Not sure why they don't do that for their customers from the beginning. I know it would certainly go a long way for customer satisfaction and loyalty if folks knew they would always get the best possible financing deal at Colonial.
