Happy customer (again!)

This is my second time purchasing a Jeep from Central Jeep in Raynham. I have closer dealerships, but haven’t found them to be near as friendly and pleasant to work with. Although they didn’t have on the lot what I wanted, Tony DeLuca jumped right in and in less than 15 minutes had a vehicle in his sights! Ht took me for a test drive in a comparable vehicle, showed me the color and interior scheme in another, and tires & rims on another. It’s was like putting together a puzzle! He made arrangements with the other dealership and had me in my brand new Jeep within a week (it would’ve been sooner if MY schedule allowed). Tom arranged financing through my favorite local bank (instead of the big mega) - all super quick and easy. I’ll have this one for a longggg time (like my last), but when the time comes…I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great customer service

Bob Costa was very nice and showed me the whole jeep and how it all worked. He went out of his way to make sure I got the Jeep I wanted and everyone was friendly To my kids. Thank you

Awesome shopping experience

Dave Gilday was awesome and always takes care of us when we come in. We have bought many vehicles from him and we have always received a pleasant experience. He is very friendly and professional. We just purchased another vehicle and we are very happy with our purchase. The reason why we continue to come back in is because of the awesome service we get from Dave Gilday.

My last visit...thank goodness.

Let's start by saying I bought a new truck from this dealership. The next time I visited this dealership was for the first oil change. After finding oil all around the oil cap and oily hand prints on the steering wheel I started doing my own oil changes. Fast forward a few years ...abs issue like most rams have. Bring it in for diagnostic appointment. Appointment was a waste of time because 3 days later they still hadn't touched it so I told them I was on my way to pick it up. Miraculously I get a call saying they did diagnose it but the paperwork was delayed .Service manager states abs failure...no kidding but I had to have it diagnosed in order for a star case. They now tell me there's a star case open for my issue and they will do the abs module but I have to pay for the HCU. Contact ram cares and there's no star case open on their end. Ram cares supposedly opened a star case and contacted the dealership. Now I schedule another appointment a month later for the repair that is covered through the star case. ABS module and hcu. Bring it in for the appointment..next day I get a phone call stating that there's a back order till the end of June ?! Over 3 months away...nothing they can do but told me I need to contact ram cares again to expedite the HCU? Not to mention when I dropped my truck off..I asked the service manager directly if the parts were there...in which he answered "yes". So another wasted trip to the dealership with nothing accomplished. Honestly these guys have not been straight forward...they've jerked me around..and they've flat out lied to me. I simply don't have the time or patience for nonsense...not to mention being without a vehicle for nothing. Sorry but I'm trying another dealership...your department has failed plain and simple.

I purchased a 2022 RAM Warlock and Dave Gilday was my sales person. I had some issues that weren't the dealers fault and he went above and beyond to make things right.

This Dealership is a TEN!!!!

If your looking for a dealership that's not just looking to push a car out the door, this is the one! They reach out to me often to make sure I am happy and not having any problems. Salesman Jamar Dodson is awesome. Was very knowledgeable and helpful with learning all the high tech, something I am not familiar with.
