Bad service
Beware!! In 2020 I bought a $45,000.00pickup with 3 year manufacturer warranty, a week before thw warranty was up I called for an appointment for a checkup and was told they were too busy !!! And would not even look at the truck until the warranty expired they don’t even answer their phones.

After my Father was told he could no longer drive, I went to Bald Hill and spoke to Josh Grilo. The man went above and beyond helping my Father and I selling his 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie BigHorn edition Truck to the dealership. Being from the customer service industry myself , I was blown away by the willingness this man went through to complete the deal!!!

Very responsive, excellent inventory selection, online shopping made easy. We were able to value our trade, select the vehicle we wanted and start the buying process without entering the dealership as we live over an hour away. Once at the dealership we were able to finalize all paperwork and drive our new truck home shortly after arrival.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite. I was able to purchase the truck I've been looking for. I was in my ruck the same day.

Awesome sales team
Great buying experience my sales person John was awesome very helpful and made us feel right at ease. Rami in finance was amazing you know how stressful financing a vehicle can be but he it made an enjoyable experience. The manager Mike was very pleasant and i thought it was great how he took the time at the end to meet with us to make sure we were satisified.I was very happy with the whole process would go back again for my next car.

Avoid at all costs. This is an honest review
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your car to be serviced (I cannot speak about sales) here. I know this is a long review but its worth the read, I promise I am sparing you a headache. It takes a lot for me to write a one star review but the service department at Bald Hill deserves this one. After the first two services going smooth, things took a turn about 6 months ago. After having my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I noticed weird noises coming from the car. I tried to bring it back to them but they couldnt see me for like 3 weeks.... Anyway I bring it to Tasca down the road and they cant figure out whats wrong until one of the techs decides to pull the wheels off. When he does this, he finds that the lug nuts are hand-loose meaning they were so loose he could take some of them off with his hand... Turns out the genius at Bald Hill who did my tire rotation did not tighten the lug nuts on the car! You dont need much of an imagination to see how bad this could have turned out. Anyway I talk with the service manager Mike who apologizes profusely and says they will pay the bill from Tasca and make sure they take care of me should I go back. This past week I decide I want to go in for an alignment since I the wheel alignment was off (had to hold it to the left to keep straight) and to have a bit of rust taken care of on the brakes and wheel hub. Bring it in at 10:30am Thursday. 3pm I havent heard anything, so I call them and am told they are wanting to hold the car overnight. Are you serious? For a freaking wheel alignment? I tell the advisor I need the car back. She calls back and says okay I can come get it. This is where it gets good. Pick the car up end of day at 4:30, driving home and the steering alignment is WORSE than when I brought it there!!! How??? So I bring it back Friday March 26th and they put it on the machine, and guess what the tech did not adjust the steering wheel alignment the first time so the wheel was still cocked to the left. Like are you freaking kidding me?.... You dont check that in an alignment with an issue of the wheel being to the left? So now they "fix it". Driving home guess what? Now the wheel is off again, but this time its to the right! WOW these people cannot even get a simple alignment right. So I bring it back today, they don't even fix it because the tech who did it wasnt there. Why the xxxx would I want the person who screwed up twice to do it a third time? Bottom line, in the 6 cars I have had in the last decade and many dealers I have been to Bald Hill stands alone. Not only did they almost kill me through gross negligence (how do you not tighten lug nuts?..) I give them a second chance and after two attempts to align my car they give up and just give me my money back. Pure incompetence. I will never be returning and neither should you.
