Great experience from beginning to end

From beginning to end, this was a great interaction with Charlie and Brian; I went in wanting to find out what my options were and hopefully make a change that would be beneficial to both me and them, and that is precisely what we did. I never felt like I was under a lot of pressure, and Charlie and Brian were very patient listening to and addressing all of my questions and different scenarios. Thanks for everything, you two!

Good service and very clean waiting area.

Hurd has always provided a positive service experience. The staff have always been friendly and explain how and why the service will be completed.

Today's time waster

Service was fine. Car wash leaves a lot to be desired compared to other dealers. Hand washed with a brush and given back to the customer dripping wet. A little better than no car wash at all.

Great service.

Service was done on time as promised. Never had a bad experience at this facility. Too bad they don't sell Cadillacs.

Great Service

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a sales rep. Adam Stone. Mr. Stone was exteremy polite, met me with a smile and asked about any issues. I explained a few electrical issues my vehicle was experiencing and the need for an oil change. At this point, the service manager arrived, was very helpful in explaining possible reasons for electric issues and immediately put me at ease. Within a short while, I was advsied that my vehicle was ready and was given my slip for work done. I went to pay and Mr. Stone advised the electrical issues were under warranty. It was a great feeling knowing that they handled an unknown electrical issue and oil change into a great experience. Its a great feeling knowing you can trust your dealership and this is why I will continue to purchase vehicles there.

Oil change

I was impressed that even though the car cleaner went home for the evening, the dealership still vacuumed my car during a 6:30 p.m. appointment. Very impressive.

Take any car to Hurd in Johnston for great service

Their service facility can not be beat. You can wait in the nice waiting area with all its amenities or what I do is drop off my car and they transport me to work. They will even pick you back up. They call and inform me of what else might need to be done. Then they return my car to me with problems fixed, and the car is washed and vacuumed. I love my buick enclave it is the nicest car I have ever owned. And I enjoy dealing with Hurd.

Great service by the service tech

Transmission fluid leaking at 2,500 miles. It should not have happened but Adam did a great job making everthing right again.

Nice facility and Dennis was great!

My salesman Dennis was very pleasant to deal with and made my buying experience very enjoyable. I think it would be helpful in the future if you would attempt to park similar vehicles next to each other or at least close. It took us quite a bit of time to walk all over the lot trying to find Crew Cab p/u trucks. Though I am happy with my purchase, I am perplexed as to the offerings available when it comes to trucks. Not to second guess Chevy but no trucks have a sliding rear window and almost every Ford and Tundra does?? Was a bit frustrated with that. Overall, I would recommend your dealership to anyone. It was very friendly and I did not feel any stress.
