She was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and welcoming the entire time – absolutely zero pressure, which is unheard of in auto sales! From my experience, her level of accessibility via e-mail (or text) is unmatched in this industry; she's a leader in communications in her own right. Let me tell you something! Danielle is such a valuable asset to Team Nissan! I wasn’t really even seriously in the market for a new vehicle, but Danielle made the process so much less stressful than it could have been. Even when I was starting to feel like I should hold off on purchasing, she truly made me see how moving forward could only help, not harm me. I was in a long term rental throwing away money but had convinced myself that at the time, it was best for me. Well she helped me realize that was ok for a while but not for how long I was doing it. It was mainly because of my work, but after a while it really wasn’t doing me any favors. Danielle is thorough, detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and so very accessible. I work 12 hour night shifts but I don’t care what time of day (or night) that I texted her, she was prompt with her response. Her communication is seriously top tier!!! She has raised the bar for what I expect from dealerships in the future. She’s wonderful!!!

Danielle is the best! I bought my car back on March 9th. She made the whole experience go very smoothly!! She answered all my questions and if she didnt know the answer she would figure it out. She even helped me get the best insurance quote. She was extremely patient with me and my shannanigans, questions, hesitations, and hymning and hawing. She wasn't pushy, and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time (which on my part wound up being hours). Even to this day she's continued to make sure I am satisfied and if there is anything I need! You dont find many salespeople who continue to care after they've made a sale. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car!
