I had an absolutely infuriating experience with the

I had an absolutely infuriating experience with the service department at Portsmouth VW. Despite scheduling an appointment well in advance, my car was not serviced on time. The staff were completely disorganized and showed a blatant disregard for my concerns. The quality of work was abysmal, and the service manager was downright rude and unprofessional. Even though the repair was covered under warranty, it took them over two weeks to complete a simple computer update. Given the overwhelming number of one-star reviews on Google, it’s obvious that my experience is far from unique. They clearly don’t care about their customers. I will never return and strongly advise everyone to avoid this service department at all costs. I intend to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division regarding their questionable business practices.

I have a 2015 Golf TDI that needs replacement every

I have a 2015 Golf TDI that needs replacement every 25-30k miles. I took the car to Seacoast because the fuel filter was due to be replaced. The filter housing was not leaking prior. Yet, they call me an tell me the fuel housing needs to be replaced and they blamed prior service on the housing by another VW dealership for damaging the treads on the housing. They break the housing and then charge me $400 to replace. I also had them change the oil - prety simple, well a week later I had to go under the car and remove some oil because they over filled and the "reduce oil" light came on. Lastly, they fail my inspection because I needed front brakes- ok, the brakes did need replacement, but they quoted me $750. I took the car to another shop for the brakes and inspection. Just badly trained mechanics.

I pick up 2022 id4 pro at sea coast vw last night and

I pick up 2022 id4 pro at sea coast vw last night and Alan was very good explaining everything to me and took his time show me all the features in the car. I recommend all my family and friends to see seacoast or a id4 and ask for Alan. he is a amazing ev specialist And sales. Joel gm is a very nice guy. They both kept me updated on my car arrive.

I was referred to Seacoast VW by a friend, specifically

I was referred to Seacoast VW by a friend, specifically to see EC in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. I can't say enough nice things about him. After I reached an agreement on a 2021 Tiguan, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Infurna in finance. He was also knowledgeable, intelligent and easy to work with. Now that I've had a couple of days to let the dust settle, I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Seacoast VW.

Phenomenal service. Alberto went above and beyond to help me. Today was my first time here. I’ve had bad experiences with Subaru dealerships and last may I had enough and bought a used Tiguan. My one regret is I didn’t purchase it here.

Just want to give a massive shoutout to this dealership....

Just want to give a massive shoutout to this dealership. While I am away on deployment to Iraq, they not only helped my wife find the car she wanted but also made her feel extremely comfortable. Taking care of 2 kids and trying to shop for a vehicle is not the easiest of things, but this dealership made it effortless. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We recently purchased a new car from Seacoast and Joel and Daniels were both amazing to work with! They were friendly and knowledgeable from the minute we got there, through the whole purchasing process and even the days following. Their customer service made the hour drive well worth it!
