My experience purchasing a used vehicle went so much better than I expected at Rowe Auburn. Our salesman, Gary Goodman, had such a pleasant and understanding attitude. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, why we wanted it, and how much we wanted to pay for the vehicle. He stayed after closing time to make sure that everything went well, and I can't recommend him enough. The dealership has a very nice waiting area, and our children enjoyed the child play area. Discussing price, options, and details was not painful at all. We loved working with Gary, the Rowe Auburn staff, and the vehicle we drove away with that evening.

Mike Poulin, the salesman, was very helpful to us and answered all of our questions. The car payment was much higher than we had thought, but we were given a better interest rate and were able to make the purchase. This may very well be my last car as I am just getting into retirement mode and soon will neither have the money to purchase another car, or the desire to drive anymore. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

He was very focused on helping me save money while still putting me in the car of my choice. Great sales person in Gary Goodman. Great support from Lea Smith in the finance dept. The Service guys prepped the vehicle so we could drive it home that same evening.

I don't like car salesmen... up until now. Gary was absolutely the BEST I've ever dealt with. He had a no pressure approach and just let me try different models until i found the one I wanted. When i wanted a different color from their Westbrook location, he was able to get that vehicle moved up to Auburn so i could do the deal. If I ever needed to recommend someone to a dealership to get a car or truck, I would without any hesitation, send them to Gary. Thank you!!

I can not say enough about how good my service was. Gary went above and beyond what anyone else has done for me. He was determined to get me into a safe and reliable car. Which is very important to me, as I have 2 grandbabies that travel with me often. He asked me what I was looking for, and all I said was something that was big enough to fit 2 carseats in. And I absolutely LOVE my Volkswagen Jetta. I would recommend Rowe Ford to anyone, especially Gary! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
