Awesome service

I brought my truck in for an oil change and they found my antifreeze didn't even look like antifreeze and they recommend a flush. They also noticed I had a bad tie rod. I want to thank the crew right from the girls knowing what they are talking about and the mechanics really checking out my vehicle making sure it is road worthy. I am very pleased in knowing that the crew cares about keeping us customers safe. Once again thank you all so very much.

The best service

We have purchased several vehicles from Rowe Ford in Auburn. Everyone is so helpful and they will do everything possible to get you into a vehicle that you want. The service is fabulous. We want to thank everyone for treating us so good.

Its like I won the lottery!

I always go here for my oil changes. This time, my oil change was free because of some sort of point accumulation I had amassed but had never heard of. Thanks guys!

Great service

I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at the Quick Lane in Auburn Maine. It was a stormy day and they were running behind. The staff kept me very informed and really tried to move me along get me back on the road and home! Thank you Rowe!

Good experience

Just a couple of things: overall the experience was good though when I called about the appointment which I tried to schedule online, there were a few glitches, I should have been told to bring my vehicle to quick lane service. I was unaware because the last time it was serviced on the other side and I expected my car to be washed as it always has in the past, and it wasn't.

Buyer

The service was excellent there but while we were there the heat was out and it was quite cold and there were some older people there and they were pretty uncomfortable. The staff and the service I have no complaints at all.

Very helpful

They were very helpful in telling me how long my wait would be and explained everything they did for my recall. He also went outside to make sure to tell me where they parked my car.
